I had A great experience at Jeff Wyler Honda. Nikki in Internet Sales did a fantastic job in assisting me with my trade-in via online by getting with her Management Team on my behalf as to expedi Nikki in Internet Sales did a fantastic job in assisting me with my trade-in via online by getting with her Management Team on my behalf as to expedite the process. She then directed me to my Sales Consultant, Camari who did an outstanding job while going over all the necessary documents to include the technical aspects of the vehicle and assisted me in setting up HondaLink in the vehicle on my phone. He then turned me over to Will in Finance Who went over all the paperwork and made sure the l's were dotted and the T's were crossed in a timely manner to make the process, smooth and painless. Through all their Teamwork, Professionalism and Dedication to what they do on a daily basis, l am now enjoying the fruits of their labor in a brand new 2024, Honda Civic Touring. Terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment 3 days out about a car listed on their lot. Was in contact with 3 different employees about our scheduled time and day. Dr I scheduled an appointment 3 days out about a car listed on their lot. Was in contact with 3 different employees about our scheduled time and day. Drove out of my way for this car and was told it was out being serviced and wouldn't be back on their lot for a few more days. Waste of my only day off work. Told them I would come back when it was back on the lot, to hopefully make a deal. The salesman then told me someone was there to purchase it at the same time, without test driving it. So ok, let them have it! Pointless to schedule an appointment, dishonest about their inventory, and they obviously do not care about their customers. Would never recommend!! More
