I like the fact that "everyone" was a salesman…nothing negative about this group, everyone was engaged. there was no one standing around "smoking and joking." I do believe Gus is the sharpest dressing salesman that i have every met….very professional. Presentation always catch my eye and speaks volume of the organization. However, the manager Mr. Steve Mudd Jr. and salesman Norton Hazard made me feel as if I was Family and changed my views by allowing me to talk my way out of what I was searching for :-). There was never any pressure, gimmicks or games...simply, "how can I earn your business"? I've already recommended the dealership to friends and family with one potential buyer this week and even posted about them on my FB page. I've purchased many cars over the last 30 years and without reservation, I can say this experience ranks second only to having my car customized and watching it being built in Europe :-)! Jeff Wyler on the Dixie is redefining the car buying experience and making it pleasurable/educational to the customer. Unlike some, I didn't require being sold on a particular vehicle as I knew if I was to buy, what I wanted & how I wanted it and they quickly obliged.
