I purchased a Jeep Wrangler on 09/28/2013. The deal/ purchase was negotiated as awareness" tax, title out the door" . I received a surprise letter in the mail referencing an excise tax to pay. As a cust purchase was negotiated as awareness" tax, title out the door" . I received a surprise letter in the mail referencing an excise tax to pay. As a customer tax is tax. There was no explanation or clarification that I would has to pay an excise tax to get my tags. I spoke to the dealership manager and salesman. The explanation I received after the fact is that in Indiana the customer has to pay an excise tax. I explained to manager that I've made a previous vehicle purchase out of state where the dealership paid ALL the tax. I would not recommend this dealership for anything moving forward. More

In March 2013, I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Liberty diesel from Jeff Wyler with 122K miles. Since then I have had many challenges with it and admit that the sales team and service took care of most of diesel from Jeff Wyler with 122K miles. Since then I have had many challenges with it and admit that the sales team and service took care of most of my problems with little to no charge with the exception of the transmission and timing belt replacement however they did work with me on the cost most of the time to my satisfaction. I have over 8 years’ experience with this particular dealership (Kidd Chrysler and now Jeff Wyler) and while I have always bought new vehicles (4 to be exact), I never really had the opportunity to deal with the issues that come with purchasing a used car. This purchase was not one of my best by any means, but Jeff Wyler did what they could to make things right. More

If considering a new Dodge or Chrysler I would highly recommend the Lawrenceburg Jeff Wyler over the other branches. Charlie Maynard was extremely helpful and professional at all times. I purchased a vehicle on line (something I will never do again). After being at the Eastgate store and being informed that all the SE Caravans had electric rear windows, I knew what I was searching for, or I thought I knew. I reviewed the sticker and when I saw "driver control electric windows", with little else added on the vehicle, at the Lawrenceburg store, I negotiated a deal. I picked up the vehicle and before getting half way home discovered it did not have electric rear windows.. This could have been a nightmare if not for the professionalism of Charlie Maynard and the willingness of the Jeff Wyler dealership to satisfy the customer. Charlie found the vehicle I wanted, with necessary equipment at the Eastgate store and had it delivered to Lawrenceburg. We worked out the difference in price and I felt like I had been dealt with more than fairly. Thank you Charlie! I would suggest to all "Internet buyers" that when a salesman asks you what equipment you need or want, tell them; don't be like me and assume you have all the information and have found the vehicle you want. Automated replies or contact are not very personal. I go by Ray, not Allen (although Allen is my first name). Charlie called me Ray all the time when dealing with me. Sending automated e-mails calling me Allen makes me feel like I was just another body being pushed through the door. If you are going to send automated e-mails I would suggest that you discuss the matter with those in the trenches BEFORE setting them up; they may be able to provide a personal touch that will be remembered by a prospective customer. More
