I reached out to many dealers within 100 miles of my house and was incredibly frustrated with dealers who didn't take me seriously or seemed unconcerned with the requirements I had listed. I found this truck online after hours of searching and contacted Wyler. Jerry responded to all of my questions quickly, accurately and patiently. He had great advice and worked very hard to get my business. A dealership closer to home found a truck for me. It would have been easier to buy a truck there but my experience with the sales staff was terrible and the price was much better at Wyler. So I traveled 500 miles to buy my truck from Jerry. My experience at the dealership was just as easy and positive as my experience before I arrived. I traveled without my husband and was worried how everything would go once I arrived in Lawrenceburg. All of that worry was unnecessary and I expect that I was the only female who left that day in a crew cab, long bed 1500. They even had it clean and full of gas when I arrived! Jerry is helpful, conscientious, thorough and a man of integrity. He worked hard to earn my business. I wouldn't hesitate to travel 500 miles again to buy a car from Jerry. Check engine light came on , we went there to find out the problem and get it corrected. Our appointment was for 10 am, we got there at 20 minutes until 10, they were done with the vehicle at 12. Took New Ram 1500 in for first oil change and tire rotation....got in very quickly, service was done in no time, and a few updates were performed at this time as well.
