I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler that has a lifetime warranty on it. I brought it in for a warranty inspection and a issue I was having with clutch/transmission. Took my Jeep back to get this issue fixed and they called back to inform me that there was a issue with the clutch that would be cheaper to fix now, instead of waiting for part to wear out. This was a surprise to me that they took the time to inspect my vehicle and save me money. I have always been a loyal customer to Jeff Wyler and they just insured my continued business with them. None of the similar cars on the lot had this option either. The guys at Jeff Wyler found us another one that not only had that option, but several other options that the car we test drove didn't have. They also had it on their lot the next day! JD was one of the newer sales guys, but was still very informative and if he didn't have an answer he was quick to find one. Him and the other staff were all very nice and done a great job.
