Bought online. From phone call to my door (223mi.) 7 hrs. Found the only truck with the color/options that I wanted on their website. Called Scott at 3:00 and he had the truck sitting in my drive by 10:30 th Found the only truck with the color/options that I wanted on their website. Horrible We were told that the truck was going to cost around 34,800 and by the time was all said and done, it cost us closer to 52,000!! We got a whole bunch of stuff that we said that we clearly did not want/ need up front. They took advantage of my husband and I and the fact that we had 2 screaming children with us (2 year old and 7 month old). They knew we were just eager to be out of there and so we signed a whole bunch of papers that we wish we hadn't! It was terrible!! More

I drove a long way to check out the truck and true to their word they stayed in the ballpark of the pricing we had discussed even though they had not even seen my trade-in. We came to a fair deal without a lot of hassle. I very much appreciated their respect of my time and communication thru the whole process. More

Excellent I had a great experience buying my Ford Escape yesterday. Brian was very polite & easy going. He wasn't too pushy & helped answer all of my questions. Most of all he was straight to the point & on a mission at getting me my vehicle & I liked that. I will definitely be back to see him when it is time for a new vehicle again & will be sending my family & friends to him as well. Dealerships need more people like him so that they can feel more comfortable and not so forced upon things. He's a great employee. More

Dishonest If your looking for honest and dependable, this is the wrong dealer! Found car online, called before going, confirmed price correct & car still there If your looking for honest and dependable, this is the wrong dealer! Found car online, called before going, confirmed price correct & car still there. They said yes & we had a deal. We drive 4 hrs out of our way, got there about to do paperwork & was the told car not available to sell yet. They called when car was ready to sell and advised it's now 8,000 MORE than what we were going to buy for 2 days before. That's not how anyone should conduct business! More
