The push to start feature has been in for service 6 times. It has even stranded my wife and I. To say the dealer has done nothing to help us would be giving them too much credit. I have tried to reach out to Dodge and Jeep customer service, and have had no luck. Dodge did offer to extend my warranty and additional 12k. It is my understanding that Dodge/Jeep is offering buy back options on these vehicles. Mine was rejected, even though it has been in service almost a month since I purchased it. I can't imagine what people who are actually getting these buy backs are going through. I have received two low ball offers for a trade in price from Jeff Wyler as my buy back. I am currently seeking legal counsel. Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep won't ever have to worry about this customer ever again, because I won't buy another product from them again. If anyone who reads this is looking to buy new or used please do yourself a favor and stay away from not only this dealer, but Chyrsler/Dodge/Jeep as well. More

Brian Steenhoek was the salesman we spoke with and from the beginning it was not a pleasant experience. 1. He insisted on going on the test drive with us. Really? No other dealer does that anymore - it's not 1980. 2. When we were trying to negotiate the price we would pay for the Jeep we were looking at (a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon), we asked what their bottom line price was. Before he would even give us a number he insisted on getting all of our personal information in the computer. I asked why that was needed just to talk about the price. "Well, if you decide to purchase the vehicle, we will already have all of your information." That is not a good reason but we were interested in the Jeep and that seemed to be the only way he would talk about the price. So, after he got all of our information, he stepped away to talk with his Sales Manager, another bad sign. He came back with an inflated price (the Jeep was on the lot for $38K at the time). His paper had $40K written down and crossed out (like that was the current price of the Jeep) and he had $38K (the current price of the Jeep) written down like that was his attempt to give us a "good deal". When we pointed out that the $38K price was the current price he completely ignored us. Then, the best part, he suggested a payment of $1,550/month for 36 months! Really? I'm sure some of you actually pay that much but to assume someone would want to pay that is crazy. When I laughed at the payment amount, he looked at me like I was the crazy one! He also added in a bunch of other things, extra warranty, other insurance that isn't necessary, etc. So, after pointing out all of the problems so far, he had us go talk to the Service Manager, I think his name was Jeremy. His attitude was no better. He was very aloof and frankly acted like he couldn't care less if we bought a vehicle or not. Ok, no problem, you aren't the only Jeep dealer in town. It was an overall frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealership. They are nothing like they were when it was Kidd Dodge. The folks at Kidd were always easy to deal with and didn't play games. Oh, by the way, we ended up buying a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Jake Sweeney in Tri-County - it was a MUCH better experience - straightforward and NO GAMES! EDIT: Don't bother calling the dealership back to discuss your review. Gary Spoon didn't even know I was asked to call him. Although he did express a little concern over a couple of the things that happened, he spent most of the conversation negating how we felt about the experience and defending their business practices. Overall, calling him made me feel worse and I would have been better off not even calling them back. I finally told him we needed to agree to disagree and leave it at that. Also, he spoke over me the entire time, wouldn't let me explain things and then hung up on me. Nice customer service! More

Once I had picked the truck I wanted, everything went very smoothly. There was no haggling, I told Brian what I wanted and where I needed to be on price and payment and they made it happen. I am sure that all of the salesman are good, but I would recommend seeing Brian More

Though they did not have the exact car I was looking for, he steered me to one that was close to what I was looking for. In fact, after I agreed to buy the Jeep they brought the car in to clean up. i happen to notice he was in the service area helping dry my car and putting the final shine on it. I thought that was very sweet and showed me he has commitment to the company and product he sells. I've had my Jeep for nearly 4 weeks and love driving it. It's a fun ride. Thanks Brian! 5 stars Carla Lang As for the business manager, though Jeremy was very friendly and confident, I don't feel he gave me the best deal for my trade-in. Kelly Blue Book for my 2006 Ford Explorer (Eddie Bauer) was listed at $8900. I had another dealership that was willing to pay me $500 over KBB. I had explained what I was expecting for trade in with Brian. But I felt slighted by Jeremy. He was quick to tell me my interest rate and monthly payment. He was willing to work with me on the price of the car. But skirted the trade-in credit completely. Now grant it, it was my bad for not asking or noticing it in the sea of numbers on his screen. (Of course, I really didn't know what I was looking at and he did not point it out or mention it) I know I was caught up in the moment and excitement of buying a new car. Regardless, I feel it was his duty to cover ALL aspects of the sale. And because of that I have an ill feeling for Jeremy and Jeff Wyler Corporation. Jeremy gets 1 star. More
