Committed to matching product to customers wishes. The Dealership had a large Inventory whereas others did not. It also was open when others were not. We found this extremely accommodating to the Cus The Dealership had a large Inventory whereas others did not. It also was open when others were not. We found this extremely accommodating to the Customer. Our SalesRep, Brian Steenhoek was focused when communicating, not making us repeat ourselves. Amazingly, spent a significant amount of time searching for the exact features we wanted without a hint of negative attitude. Everything was clearly explained with no surprises, including the Financial end of it. All-in-all, this was the most "fun" I've ever had buying a vehicle! The best part is everytime I drive past the Jeff Wyler Dealership I beep my horn to say "Hi". I LOVE MY TOWN & COUNTRY Limited Premium Mini Van More

Terrible experience with Service Deparment! Took my 2006 Town & Country while under extended warranty contract for oil consumption test and it failed. I was told that they needed to first repai Took my 2006 Town & Country while under extended warranty contract for oil consumption test and it failed. I was told that they needed to first repair PCV valve. That didn't work, still burning HUGE amounts of oil in-between changes. They finally agreed with warranty to repair with short block. After dropping car off it turned into long block and then by the time I picked it up 4 days later it was ONLY PISTON RINGS. With extended warranty expired and Piston rings 12 month warranty expired my van is STILL burning huge amounts of oil and now NO ONE will help me. Funny how the service department and the warranty's work together to do the cheapest thing possible. Even had the lady at Jeff Wyler in warranty say that it was odd they only replaced the piston rings...normally it would have been more work than that. Well thank you JEFF WYLER for standing by your customer and doing what is right. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, sending a complaint to the state attorney general and sending a letter to MOPAR in regards to Jeff Wyler and my extended service contract. I will NEVER again purchase a Chrysler product and you shouldn't either. More
