Such a great experience and close to home! A vehicle purchase is a really big deal and we like to take our time and research it. After having a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships on A vehicle purchase is a really big deal and we like to take our time and research it. After having a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships one day, we stumbled onto Brian Steehoek after hours and he was kind and so informative and not at all high pressure (which we needed). Over the next 6 weeks or so, Brian would call and check up and still no pressure. We decided to go with a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and within a day of our decision, Brian had exactly what we wanted and at the right price! We did some preparing over the phone (about 5 minutes) and went to the dealership that evening and signed everything within about 25 minutes (which my husband really liked) Brian explained everything about the Jeep and off we went.
