AMAZINGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!! :) I am beyond grateful for Jason at Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas. I had a car break down on me on Thursday and a new car by Friday afternoon. I still owed on the one I had and my interest rate was in the double digits. Now I have a beautiful nice new car. Bad Sale I have a purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 from Jeff Wyler and breaks were not good at all. When I told them after couple days that breaks were not I have a purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 from Jeff Wyler and breaks were not good at all. When I told them after couple days that breaks were not good, needs to be replaced. They said that's the way of Mercedes breaks are. Such a cheap response to get away from the responsibility. I am paying $35K and look at what they are coming back with. Dealers think they are super smart and customers are stupid. This should NOT be the way of a corporate dealer!!! More
Very bad service I drove all the way to the dealers service department to get my car fixed and they told me that they didn't have a rental car for me so they sent me t I drove all the way to the dealers service department to get my car fixed and they told me that they didn't have a rental car for me so they sent me to my sales men tommy miller and sales didn't have a loaner car but he tried all he could to get me a loaner car he went and talked to service and talked it over with his boss and tried to do all he could and he couldn't get anywhere and they told me that I had to reschedule even though I drove all the way out there just for them to leave me standing in the waiting room for and hour just for them to tell me that they don't have a loaner car so I don't recommend there service department but the sales is great tommy miller did a great job trying to help me I want to thank tommy for his effort to help me to the best of his ability. I mean I've had a check engine light 9n since the day after I got it and I keep taking it there and they keep sending it back to me not fixed and I just wat it fixed because I just keep wasting my time and money going back and forth for nothing. Excellent service I live in Cleveland Ohio and my daughter attends the University of Cincinnati . I found this place by searching the net and seeing that it was the clo I live in Cleveland Ohio and my daughter attends the University of Cincinnati . I found this place by searching the net and seeing that it was the closest place to the university I told her to take her 2008 Jeep Patriot there and have it serviced . These guys did a thorough inspection on her vehicle and found out that there was a pinhole leak in the oil filter which was changed at a place prior to bringing it there . Also during the inspection they informed me that there was a recall on the crossmember bar which was repaired free of charge . Since I live in Cleveland and had no way of taking my daughter to the dealership so she could drop her truck off JT in the service department made sure that a courtesy car was sent out to pick her up and bring her back to her dorm ! Since finding this place we will continue to patronize because of the great service and friendly staff . More

Answered all my questions I appreciated that Jon Kolts and the dealership answered all my questions and accurately represented all the rebates on their website. We had gone to a different dealer a few days earlier who didn't show the details on the different types of rebates so it looked like the price was less, but really wasn't. I had emailed Jon asking what was involved in their rebates which we then talked about over the phone plus the website showed each different rebate so the customer would know which rebates they would qualify for. I had done some homework on the different styles but there were a lot of different combinations of features on the different models and I wanted to compare. They were patient when I wanted to drive both models and switched which one I was interested in mid stream. I would recommend working with Jon and his manager. It can be a stressful process making such a big financial decision and they definitely made it less stressful. More

Spoke to Jon a couple of times over the phone and we decided to go make a decision. On Saturday after my husband got off work we drove up to the dealership and picked out the perfect vehicle. The staff was extremely friendly, while we was waiting to do paperwork our kids were becoming in patient so they offered them some pizza and that kept them happy till we left. I have already referred several of my friends to this dealership and sales rep. More

I can't even get the sales manager or general manager to return calls to us. We bought a new 2016 grand Cherokee from Jeff Wyler in November and had to return in may for oil leak issues. They had our jeep for over a week and when my husband went to pick up they told him they "hoped" it was fixed. Really???? Hoped???? My husband told them he hoped it was also as we would be driving to Florida the following week. We drove to Florida the following week and when we returned the oil leak had returned also. Once again my husband returned the jeep for service. They said they would look at it again and get back to us. Well, two weeks later we hear nothing from them so I call and they say they have to put a new motor in the car so they will have it for another two weeks. Now this car is still under warranty so our rental is paid for but it's the inconvenience of giving up your vehicle which Is a grand Cherokee and them giving you a Jeep Patriot which is a piece of ****. So two weeks go by and I have to call to ask what is going on with our vehicle and they say it is done. We can come pick up. I asked if they would have it clean this time as the first time we brought it in it came back filthy. JT the service guy says yes it will be cleaned inside and out. So my husband goes to pick up and tries to talk to someone that worked on the car to find out what was going on with it and no one was available to talk to him. He had questions concerning the new motor warranty etc... not only did they not answer any questions, the car wAs even dirtier this time with greasy fingerprints on the hood and door handle of the car. He came home fuming and took pics of the car and sent them to the dealership and Jeff Wyler corporate along with emails asking them to get in touch with us. That was two weeks ago and we have not heard from anyone at the ft Thomas dealership or Jeff Wyler. We belong to a jeep club and have already told all of our friends there to not use this dealership anymore. Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of buying a jeep or servicing a jeep there. More
