I recently purchased a 2007 Caliber and love it! Before making my decision I was greeted with great customer service. I actually visited 5 Jeff Wyler dealerships before choosing Ft. Thomas, and had a good experience at all of them. When I wanted to test drive the vehicles I was interested in I was encouraged to take my time and had the opportunity to feel each vehicle both on narrow roads and on the highway. When I came to make my offer, and then my purchase the sales people allowed some negotiation and listened to my needs as well as my expectations and concerns. My only qualms would be the hand off between sales people once I wanted to seriously talk business, and my slight confusion about what to expect to recieve my plates once I left the dealership.
