My Husband is laid off and we were going to have to use his 401k to pay for another van. I told Steve, the Salesman, that I didn't want someone else's garbage. There were 2 vans together and he told me the one would be someone's garbage, but that the 2006 Town and Country would be a "no problem" van. It had only 21,000 miles on it, which was excellent for the age of it. It was clean too. He let us take it to our mechanic (we have dealt with him for nearly 20 years)to look it over. He found that it was leaking oil and said it needed new gaskets and pins. I also checked Carfax and the paperwork in the glove box re its maintenance. It was a leased van from Alabama, leased from Oct. 24. 2006 for 3 years to one person. It had a steering problem that had been repaired. It was then sent for auction in Tenn. and bought by your co. Steve tried to tell us that it was bought by them for more than what the blue book said it was worth - which surprised us (I got the blue book price from the courthouse). With today's economy, why would you buy something that you wouldn't make a profit from. Steve told us the company would only make $100 and he would get $50 for the sale. I would think that at an auction you would pay less than the blue book value. At our request, they put the van into their service dept. and Dallas Duncan checked it over. He said he had repaired it (in a very short period of time). He had snugged out the manifold gasket. We bought the van, along with the complete bumper to bumper warranty. We took it back into our mechanic the next day and he said it was still leaking oil. We went back and talked to the the Ser. Mgr. who took it back in and said it was fine. We then went back to our mechanic and he showed my Husband (he was in there every time it was on the rack at our mechanic's)where they had wiped off the oil. We took it back again the next day to our mechanic and then to Ft. Thomas again, and this time my Husband insisted on being allowed back with it. There was oil again, but they said because it wasn't really running down, it wasn't a big problem and would not fix it - despite the fact that they had said it was perfect before we took out the expensive warranty on it. They now suggest we take it back in 3 weeks. I feel like we are back where we started - with a van that leaks. I have always felt that Jeff Wyler had a very good reputation in the car business. You don't hear anything against him and I have watched him grow from a single dealership to quite a tri-state business. We feel like we were being suckered in on this deal - sort of "let's get them in and out before they find something else wrong as they are very consciencious shoppers". We had wanted to walk away with only spending $10-$11,000, but ended up spending almost $14,000, which cleaned out his 401k. We no longer have anything to fall back on, so wanted a van that was perfect when we got it, so we didn't have to worry any more. I am the District Governor of the Lions Club (the world's largest volunteer organization) and as a result, I have to do a lot of travelling, including 7 long weekends in the next 2 months. I don't get paid for what I do, so I don't want a van problem hanging over my head. I really like the van, but am just uneasy about the oil leak not being repaired. I just want to be a satisfied customer. More
Got the used Jeep Wrangler that I wanted at the price I wanted. The dealer worked with me to fix a few issues I had with scratches on a wheel and glove box. I was turning in a leased vehicle and shopping for a car to purchase as I did not want another lease. I was unsure of my price/payment options and Mr. Goines worked with me to get the payment I needed and to purchase as I did not want another lease. I was however, not pleased with the finance/extended warranty department as I felt pressured into purchasing the extended warranty and when I called to cancel it, received no return call confirming this was taken care of. I had to call on more than one occasion to confirm this cancellation. More

My wife saw an add in the Kenton County paper advertising the rebates and incentives offered by Jeff Wyler of FT Thomas. When I called to verfiy the accuracy of the add in the paper not only was the paper a the rebates and incentives offered by Jeff Wyler of FT Thomas. When I called to verfiy the accuracy of the add in the paper not only was the paper accurate, but the sales man knew about the rebates/incentives and confirmed the add accuracy right away. Dan (sales man) knew what inventory he had on the lot and was able to explain the options in detail over the phone. My wife then made the trip to evaluate the cars and Dan did an excellent job showing her all models and explaining the options available in each. Dan was very respectful with my wife and did not apply any pressure to purchase a vehicle. This made my wife very comfortable and allowed her to think about the cars options that were most important to her. After my wife had left the dealership I had a discussion with her and we decided it was worth going down and discuss the price with Dan. He and I had a very good negotiation. Dan was willing and able to hear my voice in the negotiation and did not ever insult my offers no matter how low I started out... After a firm and brisk negotiation we came to an agreement with in 2% of my expectations. When we picked up the car the following day we filled out the paper work and the Finance manager was extremely helpful (I apologize I forgot her name) and was excellent at discussing the additional coverage plans and insurance options. The sales manager was excellent as well and was able to deliver below my expectations on a interest rate (I apologize again as I forget his name as well). I highly recomend Jeff Wyler Dodge in Ft. Thomas. More
Working with Todd and his team was great. We have never had a better experience when purchasing a new car. Todd even went out of his way for us after the sale when we needed to purchase extra head phones had a better experience when purchasing a new car. During my visit to Jeff Wyler in Ft Thomas, I was really impressed with the level of service that I was given. To set the scene, it was a snowy day, and when I came to look at a truck, AJ had pulled the tr impressed with the level of service that I was given. To set the scene, it was a snowy day, and when I came to look at a truck, AJ had pulled the trucks I was interested in buying into the garage area so my children and I could look at the differences in the 2 models without being in the cold. That was only the first of 3 things that made my experience a great one. The second was when my children were getting restless, AJ took them into the waiting area, got them a coloring book each and something to drink, and turned on cartoons! That means a lot to parents with small children, just because of the level of service, and the caring attitude. Then as mentioned before, the third reason my expereince was great was that when coming to pick my truck up, it was slushy, and the roads were a mess, they offered to have me bring the truck back after the roads were cleared and re wash and clean my truck. In my opinion, this was the best customer service and level of care that I have ever seen before. When you add in being treated like "family", it makes all the difference in the world. Thank you to AJ Osman for really surpassing my EVERY expectaion. I will be back in the future because of you. More

Danny was very helpful when I was buying my new car. He catered to my every need, and made sure I got what I wanted at the price I could afford. Every time I go to get my car serviced (Oil Changed, Tires catered to my every need, and made sure I got what I wanted at the price I could afford.
