Everyone who works in this service department are professionals and go out of their way to make each service visit a pleasant experience. I made an unscheduled visit today 3/30/2010, when the "engine professionals and go out of their way to make each service visit a pleasant experience. I made an unscheduled visit today 3/30/2010, when the "engine malfunction light" illuminated. Ms Patton was able to work me into their schedule, thoroughly explained what was required to make the necessary repairs, and then had them done in a timely manner. I could not ask for more. Ms Patton, as well as everyone there, makes this service department the best. I would allow anyone else to service my Chrysler 300. More

I originally purchased this Crossfire from Wullenweber in Cincinnati. They are no longer a Chrysler dealer and Jeff Wyler in Ft. Thomas was close to where I work at the Great American Ball Park. I had notice Cincinnati. They are no longer a Chrysler dealer and Jeff Wyler in Ft. Thomas was close to where I work at the Great American Ball Park. I had noticed some paint failure on a trim strip above the passenger side door. The factory warranty was set to expire in a few days so I stopped by Jeff Wyler during my lunch break to schedule a repair of the paint issue. While I was there I noticed my right rear tire was low. Deonia had me pull into a service bay and the tire was inspected and the air topped off on the spot. I pointed out a few small stone chips on the hood and was informed their chip repair specialist would be in latter that week. The next day I dropped off the Crossfire and drove my Jeep for the next few days while the repairs were performed. It was a week of rainy weather so I would have been driving the Jeep anyway. I picked up the car Friday during my lunch break. The roof paint was covered by the warranty, the stone chip repair was performed free of charge and the right rear tire needed a plug to repair the leak, total cost to me...less than $20 ! The nice folks at Jeff Wyler gave me a free car wash before I left and aired-up a low tire on my Jeep while I was there; outstanding ! The paint repair looks very good and the level of service was top-notch. Thank you Deonia and Jeff Wyler, I WILL BE BACK. Brent Vinson More

I have been a customer of Jeff Wyler's for almost 30 years!! I keep coming back because of the "GREAT Service"! I was very happy when Jeff Wyler purchased this dealership in Fort Thomas. I use to go years!! I keep coming back because of the "GREAT Service"! I was very happy when Jeff Wyler purchased this dealership in Fort Thomas. I use to go to Eastgate and Dave King worked on my cars in the Service Department now I work with Jim Fish. He is FANTASTIC!! I totally trust his judgment and feel very comfortable when I am at that facility. I love my Jeep but it's the Service Department that keeps me coming back. Thank You, Linda Wamsley More
Overall, I think that my experience at the dealership went pretty well. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle that I was purchasing. I thin went pretty well. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle that I was purchasing. I think that I recieved a decent deal on the SUV that I purchased. The vehicle that I wanted wasn't at their dealership, but they made sure that the vehicle I wanted got to their dealership within a couple days. My only concern was that when I drove my new SUV off the lot, there was BARELY a half tank of gas in it. But besides that, they had the vehicle cleaned for me from the inside out. More
This was an exceptional service expereince. Dallas took us right in, explained the recall work needing required, provide a time esitmate and delivered as he stated. In times when customer service is sorel us right in, explained the recall work needing required, provide a time esitmate and delivered as he stated. In times when customer service is sorely lacking in our country, Dallas has proven that it's not totally lacking. Great job Dallas, you do deserve recognition for your efforts. So much so that so , that should I need any other service on our 2007 Dodge Nitro, I now know where I'm heading. Thanks for proving that you know that it is the "customer" that matters. More
Had a van that was leaking and because I have to take several out of town trips in the next couple of months and didn't want to put more money into a van with 169,000 miles on it, we decided to look for several out of town trips in the next couple of months and didn't want to put more money into a van with 169,000 miles on it, we decided to look for another one. My Husband is laid off and we were going to have to use his 401k to pay for another van. I told Steve, the Salesman, that I didn't want someone else's garbage. There were 2 vans together and he told me the one would be someone's garbage, but that the 2006 Town and Country would be a "no problem" van. It had only 21,000 miles on it, which was excellent for the age of it. It was clean too. He let us take it to our mechanic (we have dealt with him for nearly 20 years)to look it over. He found that it was leaking oil and said it needed new gaskets and pins. I also checked Carfax and the paperwork in the glove box re its maintenance. It was a leased van from Alabama, leased from Oct. 24. 2006 for 3 years to one person. It had a steering problem that had been repaired. It was then sent for auction in Tenn. and bought by your co. Steve tried to tell us that it was bought by them for more than what the blue book said it was worth - which surprised us (I got the blue book price from the courthouse). With today's economy, why would you buy something that you wouldn't make a profit from. Steve told us the company would only make $100 and he would get $50 for the sale. I would think that at an auction you would pay less than the blue book value. At our request, they put the van into their service dept. and Dallas Duncan checked it over. He said he had repaired it (in a very short period of time). He had snugged out the manifold gasket. We bought the van, along with the complete bumper to bumper warranty. We took it back into our mechanic the next day and he said it was still leaking oil. We went back and talked to the the Ser. Mgr. who took it back in and said it was fine. We then went back to our mechanic and he showed my Husband (he was in there every time it was on the rack at our mechanic's)where they had wiped off the oil. We took it back again the next day to our mechanic and then to Ft. Thomas again, and this time my Husband insisted on being allowed back with it. There was oil again, but they said because it wasn't really running down, it wasn't a big problem and would not fix it - despite the fact that they had said it was perfect before we took out the expensive warranty on it. They now suggest we take it back in 3 weeks. I feel like we are back where we started - with a van that leaks. I have always felt that Jeff Wyler had a very good reputation in the car business. You don't hear anything against him and I have watched him grow from a single dealership to quite a tri-state business. We feel like we were being suckered in on this deal - sort of "let's get them in and out before they find something else wrong as they are very consciencious shoppers". We had wanted to walk away with only spending $10-$11,000, but ended up spending almost $14,000, which cleaned out his 401k. We no longer have anything to fall back on, so wanted a van that was perfect when we got it, so we didn't have to worry any more. I am the District Governor of the Lions Club (the world's largest volunteer organization) and as a result, I have to do a lot of travelling, including 7 long weekends in the next 2 months. I don't get paid for what I do, so I don't want a van problem hanging over my head. I really like the van, but am just uneasy about the oil leak not being repaired. I just want to be a satisfied customer. More
Got the used Jeep Wrangler that I wanted at the price I wanted. The dealer worked with me to fix a few issues I had with scratches on a wheel and glove box.
