I have had my 2008 Chrysler Seabring Convertible serviced here on serveral occasions. Usually Deonia has been the one that has taken care of me. She always has a great smile and seems greatly concerned about her customers. She is very congnizant of customer service principles and utilizes them. Her personalization of service and personal involvement in that service is exemplary. One hundred per-cent never seems to be enough for her,she exceeds that daily. She is a great asset for your company. I write this both from a personal and professional perspective. I was an operations Chief for a large city Fire Department. I also taught customer service and diversity to that cities 6000 employes in dozens of two day seminars. More

I have a company fleet vehicle through Wheels, Inc MAP program. It is very difficult to get approval for certain repairs and maintenance. I tried recently to get new tires and brakes from the tire dealer program. It is very difficult to get approval for certain repairs and maintenance. I tried recently to get new tires and brakes from the tire dealer next door to Jeff Wyler Dodge. They were turned down. I asked Deonia Patton to check those two items and try to get them added to the list, which included a new battery and terminal. I was pleasantly surprised when she told me that they needed the car an extra day to have the tires installed and the brakes repaired. In my opinion, Deonia is a keeper. I visited several lots over several days -even going up to the Kings Automall, only to find salesmen that were really hard to deal with and an inventory that was overated and overpriced. I live just a few miles from the Ft Thomas Jeff Wyler and should have gone there first. The website was the best of any I had seen and was very web user friendly. You got me a great deal on a great car, and I will return to buy that Jeep I wanted after I get done paying for my daughter's education from Transylvania University. -thanks again! Purchased a new jeep grand cherokee on 6-29-2010 and while I was expecting the usual high pressure tactics I ran accross a couple of nice guys ethical as well as knowledgeable in the sales division. We purchased a used 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan & it was the worst car buying experience of our lives. They would not let us leave the sales room until all of the paperwork was complete, signed & insisted that worst car buying experience of our lives. My wife is a diabetic & started going into a low blood sugar incident, but no one cared about that as long as we took delivery. When I took delivery the next morning, I was then told that there was only 1 key. I told the salesman that was unacceptable & he got back to me later that day saying that a second key would be provided. I am still waiting for that key. When I contacted the salesman about getting the key, he checked & said that they were trying to get the key from Enterprise, the former owner, but didn't know the status & didn't try to find out. He just assured me that I would get the key. Two weeks later, still no key. More
