An unexpected problem with my 2003 Jeep Liberty brought me to the service department. Deonia Patton kept in phone contact with me through the process, even though I had to leave town for several days while me to the service department. When I learned the extent of the engine damage, I decided a trade-in would be the best option. Deonia passed the information along to Keith Brown (New Car Manager) and Kelly Daughtery (Sales Representative), who listened to my situation and began the search for a replacement. We had a tight price-point to meet, but Kelly searched the inventory for numerous options. After multiple phone calls, we narrowed the search down to three or four good possibilities. Ultimately we found the right fit for me in an extremely clean 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kelly's courtesy, concern and assistance were above and beyond expectations! He gave excellent advice and guided me toward the right purchase. Linda Barker made sure the financing process was efficient and pleasant. Highest recommendations for the whole team! More

Jim made the deal painless. Jim was straight forward and respectful of my time. I was impressed that he was patient even when another salesman tried to strong arm and fast talk the close. I had my PT Cruiser checked for warranty services. A tune-up was done plus oil change and lube and a few other minor services. Overall I am very pleased with the work. I was disappointed in the overall experience. I was told that I would have a six month/6000 mile warranty, then was told I would not. After talking to the general manager, he said that he would honor the wa that I would have a six month/6000 mile warranty, then was told I would not. After talking to the general manager, he said that he would honor the warranty & would send a letter confirming that statement. It has been a month & after calling the GM to remind him of the letter, I still have not received the letter. The windshield had a chip in it that was repaired & not replaced, but you can still see the chip. I was very disappointed in that process & ultimate result. I was told at the time of purchase that the gentleman who fixes the windshield does so on Wednesdays from 9-6 & when my son took the car there on a Wednesday at 4:30, the gentleman was gone. I was consequently told that he only did this on Wednesdays from 10-1, which for someone who works full time, is not very convenient. I was also told at the time of purchase that the car had 3 fairly new tires - I have already had to replace 2 tires. I was twice told that I could bring the car back, but because I really needed a car for my son, that really was not an option. The car I purchased was a 1999 Honda Civic with a little over 113,000 miles on it, so I realize that the car was not going to be in perfect condition, but I also feel that, for safety reasons, the windshield should have been replaced & I do not believe that the tires were fairly new. I also feel that you should not put a car on any of your lots that you would not buy, no matter the age, & I feel that was not the case with this car. After my experience, I would have a hard time recommending the Ft. Thomas dealership to anyone. More
