I worked with Mr. Bryant for a few weeks prior to coming into the dealership. He was great, he had the Town & Country LX we were discussing washed and ready for us to view. He was a little disappointed that that model was not washed and ready but we were fine with that. He was very understanding when we wanted to talk numbers prior to taking the van for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable on that model and was able to give us quotes right there for the upgrades we had asked for. Once we saw the figures he was very upfront and direct, no haggling. He brought us 3 scenarios for financing and all came in under what I expected to see. Our experience at Jeff Wyler was the best car buying experience we have ever had. When we are in the market for our next vehicle, we will definately, consider going to Jeff Wyler in Ft Thomas. Hopefully Mr. Bryant is still there and we can work directly with him. We had stopped by not intending to buy a car that particular day. But a friend of ours suggested we stop by to talk to David. They had just bought 2 cars from him a few days earlier. I had never had a good experience at a car dealership before with any of the other new cars I had purchased so expected this to be no different. We were completely wrong. Our salesperson David was great. Very helpful and not pushy at all. We told him what we were looking for and he made sure it happened. We picked up our car the next day and couldn't have been happier. We were told that David was the person to go to and they were not lying. I will absolutely be back when myself and any other person I know is in need of a new vehicle. The only one complaint I have is that the lot tech who cleaned our car once it was purchased did not do a good job. Very low quality of work especially for us spending 20 grand on a vehicle. Even after having the car sent back twice it was still not cleaned very well. Overall the experience was great though. More
