Scott, the service manager, is one of the reasons I have been coming to this dealership since it was Cline Chrysler in 1991. Dallas took my puzzled call about a service problem on my 2002 T&C. When I brought it in to have it checked and serviced for a problem previously noted by Deonia, she took over the entire service call. Both Dallas and Deonia have earned my respect for honesty and Scott has been supportive of all his employees, as well as showing genuine concern for customer satisfaction. After twenty years and several cars and service requirements with this dealership, I am trying very hard to not buy another brand of vehicle, since Chrysler stopped making the one I need. (An all-wheel drive minivan) With the current good health of my existing van, I prefer to replace my wife's Grand Cherokee first. It is only the uncertain economy that has us hesitating right now. I have never had an unresolved problem at this dealership and hope to be able to continue the outstanding service that Deonia, Dallas and Scott have provided. More
