On our initial visit Jim helped us out. He was very informative, yet not pushy. We told him what we were looking for, he pointed us in the direction of where the vehicles were located, let us take a lo informative, yet not pushy. When we returned the following day with our trade in vehicle, Ernie helped us ffinalize the deal, we signed the paperwork and were on our way! I returned to the dealership today with my daughter for a quick lesson on taking the top down on her new jeep. We pulled right into the service bay, a young man named Dallas showed her how to take it down and out it back up, about a 15 minute process from start to finish.
