I had looked at a care right before leaving for a month out of town but didn't have time to purchase it then. While we were gone, the salesman I dealt with left the company and my file was assigned to Jerr out of town but didn't have time to purchase it then. My first contact with Jeff Wyler Dodge Ft Thomas was via Internet. Using the vehicle location services on the Dodge website led me to the Jeff Wyler website. I next called the dealership and spoke with salesman Keith Jenkins asked him if the vehicle I wanted to purchase was still available and it was. I advised Keith of my intent to purchase the car and he inititated to purchase process. He advise he would call me back and let me know some details in a return call. The time it took to call me back was very short and we then set up a date to come in and purchase the vehicle. During the whole process Keith was very courteous and helpful. He explained some of the extended warranty options that were available with the purchase of this vehicle. I did purchase a extended for the vehicle. I came in to the dealership and completed the needed documentation with Doug in finance and he too was very courteous and thorough in his explanations of the extended warranty plans. I also spoke with Tom I believe was sale manager and again nothing but the highest professionalism was shown to me. I will highly recommend Jeff Wyler Dodge to all my friends and co workers and would definintly purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
