After they had looked at my Jeep, the tech called and said what was wrong, and actually found another issue that I had no idea was happening. Fortunately all this was covered under warranty, so they saved me money and time from bringing it back when the secondary item would have become a serious problem. Overall, I really appreciate the time they took to completely check out my vehicle, and the courtesy they showed to me. And - the shuttle drivers were polite and really good drivers! not scary like some can be. More

The entire staff, from credit to documentation were great...very genuine, warm individuals who made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. Then today I was lucky enough to come across Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas. My salesman, Tim Moore is the most professional and just all around fantastic person I have met in my search. Tim took the time to actually get to know me and what I needed, he was very easy to work with and truly cared about his job and enjoyed doing it. The price for the car and the trade in was very fair and they were willing to work with me to get my business.
