Worst experience ever with servicing my car. Had my compressor replaced in May at this dealership and my AC went out again this week. i took it in to the dealer and they said they would replace the com compressor replaced in May at this dealership and my AC went out again this week. i took it in to the dealer and they said they would replace the compressor but recommended that I have the lines replaced too which would cost $1,100. (the compressor replacement in May did not cost that much) I declined to have the line replaced and asked to replace only the compressor. Picked up my car today and the AC still does not work. Called back and talked with John Merrill who said he needed to check with the tech. He came back on the phone and said that the tech turned the air on for a second and it worked. he quickly turned it back off because he was concerned that the compressor may be damaged. He said it worked when he turned it on "for a second" This was a flat out lie because when i picked up the car and turned it on, the AC was on full blast! i asked to talk with the manager. He put me on the phone with Scott Williams who continued to lie to me. he told me that I could bring it back in but he could not guarantee to fix it (even though they just fixed the exact problem only 3 months ago) He said that the manufacturer recommends that the line be replace with the compressor. I asked him why they did not replace the lines when the replaced the compressor last time. he said that it may have not needed it then. I reiterated what he said about how the manufacturer recommends it every time. He said that things may have changed "Over the summer?" I asked him. he had no response. i would not recommend this service center "Jeff Wyler Dodge of Alexandria" to anyone! You will be sorry More

I really wanted to buy a new Jeep Wrangler from Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas, primarily because it's the dealership I drive by twice a day to and from home and work. Plus, from what I could see online, this Wyler Fort Thomas, primarily because it's the dealership I drive by twice a day to and from home and work. Plus, from what I could see online, this dealership had more 2012 Jeep Wranglers on their lot than all other Cincinnati-area Jeep dealerships combined. When I drove on to the lot on a July Monday evening for my first drop-in visit, I was immediately greeted by Ernie Seymour. Ernie dressed very professionally and did a great job making me feel welcome right away. I asked Ernie to look at 2 specific 2012 Wranglers that were listed "for sale" on their website. I had very specific specs I was looking for, and these 2 Wranglers were very close matches. Ernie and I walked all around the lot, but we couldn't find either of these 2 Wranglers. After checking records back in the office, Ernie told me the 2 Wranglers were parked on a satellite lot down the street. I said OK, I would check back with him the following weekend. A couple of days later, I e-mailed Ernie with the stock numbers of the Wranglers I still saw on their website, and I said I would return to the dealership Saturday afternoon. Ernie wrote back to say he would "try to have those stock numbers avalible (sic) for your convenience to inspect." My son and I showed up as promised that Saturday afternoon. Ernie greeted us in a friendly way and immediately went to look for those vehicles. About 5-10 minutes later, he came back and said that one of those vehicles was loaned out to a locally-famous Reds baseball player, and the other had been borrowed by the owner's daughter. I have no idea if Ernie's claims were true. If he was trying to impress me by name-dropping the baseball player, it didn't work. At the very least, Ernie didn't spend any time looking up these vehicles before I arrived. Or, he knew all along that the vehicles I was looking for were not available for inspection. Either way, I felt like that entire return visit was a waste of my time. He could have easily told me via e-mail that those 2 vehicles were not available for inspection, to save me the unnecessary trip. After Ernie gave me the disappointing news about these 2 vehicles, he asked my son and me to wait in another sales cubicle (not his), while he visited with another customer in his cubicle. After about 10 minutes sitting in the other cubicle, my son and I told Ernie we were leaving. I did not return to this dealership, and I never heard from Ernie again. A few days after my visit, I sent an e-mail through the dealership website, but I never got a response from them either. I wound up ordering a new 2013 Jeep from another dealership a few miles away, from a sales rep that respected my time more than Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas. More

Information on vehicle price, trade in and financing was communicated up front prior to actual visit and did not change. Easy to negotiate the transaction. communicated up front prior to actual visit and did not change. Easy to negotiate the transaction. More
I had a great experience finding a Jeep Wrangler through both Jerry Smith and Greg Bryant. I started with the online chat simply stating what I was looking for. That night I was contacted by Jerry who immed both Jerry Smith and Greg Bryant. I started with the online chat simply stating what I was looking for. That night I was contacted by Jerry who immediately started looking for the Jeep I wanted. I was picky, but they stuck through it until the right one arrived. I never felt pressured to buy what I wasn't looking for; rather, I was encouraged to wait until they could find an exact match. In the end I got exactly what I specified with a price that couldn't be matched by any other dealer. Thanks for all the help. Matt More
Both Mr. Phillip Anneken and Mr. Doug Kurzynski were very professional and approachable, they worked with me, and found the best Jeep for our needs. From the start the experience was very timely and informat professional and approachable, they worked with me, and found the best Jeep for our needs. From the start the experience was very timely and informative, Phillip went the extra mile to keep me informed and on all contact details to inform me on available models I was searching for from day one. The overall experience at this dealership was superior, and although it was a bit far from home, I would return for all my Jeep and future vehicle needs. Everything was explained and the process was very efficient and personal. That along with the quality of customer services means a lot today! More
