My husband and I are not very decisive people when it comes to big purchases. We visited this dealership 3 times over a 2 week period before we decided to buy a vehicle. We were also considering a different manufacturer, and we were at that dealership 3 times also. (This was after spending several weeks of online research before we ever walked into a dealership.) Each time we test drove a vehicle, we needed to go back to the other dealership and take another test drive to compare something else between the 2 vehicles. Through all of that, we never felt pressured by Keith to hurry up and make a decision. He did want our business, and he let us know that. However, he gave us the space and time that we needed to make our decision and was respectful about not trying to rush us into the purchase. We truly appreciate that from a salesperson. During negotiations, he was very professional, and our counteroffers were always met with a positive attitude. We have had zero buyer's remorse, and part of that is due to how we were treated by Keith. Purchasing a vehicle is a big deal to my husband and I, and we are grateful that we found a salesperson that understood that! More
