I came to the dealership at 6:30pm for a routine oil change. I knew I was cutting it close and Deonia was one of two service employees I saw. She was extremely helpful when I told her I just noticed m change. I knew I was cutting it close and Deonia was one of two service employees I saw. She was extremely helpful when I told her I just noticed my check engine light had come on. She explained everything that they could or couldn't do at that time of the evening. She did it in such a way that I would have gladly come back another day to get whatever needed to be fixed. Everything was completed within the hour and Deonia came ou, old me everything that was done to my car and recommendations for future service. Her customer service skills are awesome.
