I came to the dealership at 6:30pm for a routine oil change. I knew I was cutting it close and Deonia was one of two service employees I saw. She was extremely helpful when I told her I just noticed m change. I knew I was cutting it close and Deonia was one of two service employees I saw. She did it in such a way that I would have gladly come back another day to get whatever needed to be fixed.
