Keith replied "great, after you get off work we'll ride out to Fairfield and look at it." As I pulled into the Ft. Thomas dealership I was told that Keith was in route from Fairfield with the grey BMW 530i I saw on the web. When Keith pulled up in the car, it was a done-deal. I have never heard of a salesman doing anything like that, needless to say I felt like the most important person in the dealership. Just a few years ago I saw a car at a dealership, put a down payment on it. The car was sold to someone else before I left my bank. Keith is professional, friendly and he's a good listener.
