I have never had a bad experience at Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Ft. Thomas. Deonia Patton is always very nice and when I was in a hurry, she got me in and out very quick. After deciding to buy a new car, we did some research and decided to go to Jeff Wyler Jeep for our purchase. Nate Hogel was our rep and we could not have been happier! He was nothing but courteous and helpfu decided to go to Jeff Wyler Jeep for our purchase. Nate Hogel was our rep and we could not have been happier! He was nothing but courteous and helpful through the entire process. I am not an easy customer (I like to do all my research and I know I can be a little difficult) but Nate made the whole sale a breeze. He gave candid answers to my questions, and I did NOT feel pressure at any time during the sale. He gave helpful input when I asked, but I did not feel like he was trying to "sell" me a car- just help me find the car I wanted to buy. I will always go to Nate for future purchases, and have already recommended him to friends and family. Thanks, Nate! I am a customer for life for sure! More

My experience was great. Deonia was very professional and helpfill. My truck was repaired faster that I expected. I came in to the dealership a little intimidated....being a single woman, I am always a little leery about going to buy a car by myself for fear of being taken advantage of. I talked to Keith Jenkins on the phone. I asked him to personally go out and look at the car that I was talking about and he said that he would call me back in 5 minutes. He called me back in 15 minutes personally go out and look at the car that I was talking about and he said that he would call me back in 5 minutes. He called me back in 15 minutes and I started to ask him about the specific questions I had about the car. At that point he explained to me that he "just went and grabbed the keys and had not gone out to the car" so he would not be able to answer my questions. He then put me on hold so that he could go and do what he said he was originally going to do and go get the car. I waited on hold for about 5 minutes. He got back on the line and I started to ask him questions about the car. He then told me that "You should just come and see it for yourself" rather than answering my questions. I then explained to him that I was over 2 hours away and would need to have my questions answered before I would make the drive. He then told me that he took the car in on trade about a week ago and it was nice. So, I asked him if the car had 2 keys? To which he did not know the answer to this question either. He was of no help, not interested in selling a car, and possibly one of the laziest salesman I have ever dealt with. He blatantly LIED to me telling me that he would go out to the car and that he took it on trade last week but did not know if it had 2 keys. He furthermore went on to explain to me that I would not be able to get a deal on the car either because of the several imperfections that he would not confirm and that they would stick at HIGH RETAIL PRICE without having reconditioned the vehicle at all. This was a horrible experience, I don't remember being so disrespected by anyone this lazy ever. McDonalds will provide you better customer service than Keith. I suggest sending him there for some training since he is blowing out customers left and right. He sounds like a very expensive part of this organization since he is costing them so much money. More
