I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram using Keith Jenkins as my salesperson. I was impressed with his knowledge of the truck. Keith also went to bat for me numerous times to get the best price on the truck, and I left feeling that I was able to strike a deal that I was comfortable with. The truck was delivered very clean, with a full tank of gas. He even went so far as to call a few days later to be sure I was still satisfied. More

10/27/31 - My 2007 Cherokee would not start. I agreed to the $80 diagnostic fee at Wyler. Was told that I'd hear back probably between 11 and 1 the next day and would be notified before anything is done an the $80 diagnostic fee at Wyler. Was told that I'd hear back probably between 11 and 1 the next day and would be notified before anything is done and any charges made. He said that they sell and work on Cherokees when I asked. 10/28/31 - Did not get a call so I called Wyler after work around 5:30 for a status. After being transferred 4 times, she said that they did not know why it wouldn't start and that a tech spent 4 hours on it which would cost me $95 per hour. I explained that I did not want to pay that and she said: "you're not going to pay the $80?" I answered "Yes, I agreed to pay $80, but I was suppossed to be called before any other charges are made". After more discussion, I said not to proceed and she said it was still hooked up to diagnostic equipment and could not be picked up today - that tomorrow they would finish up and let me know. 10/29/31 - I received a call around 3:45 pm saying that she informed the tech not to proceed and I needed to pay the $80 before it could be towed. I asked "Was there a diagnosis". She answered that there were a couple "open circuits" and that it has "major electrical problems". 10/31/13 - I had it towed to Kings and they fixed a bad starter motor, blown fuse and wire. Also fixed my leaking thermostat. I received my Fitness inspection and Treatment Plan from Wyler in the mail and their results are a recommendation for $1054 for brakes and for diagnosing/finding a coolant leak - checked my tires and wiper fluid, etc. Did not provide any info for the reason I brought it in, that my vehicle would not start. Kings fixed my vehicle problems in one day for less than that recommendation. Wyler had my vehicle for 2 days and provided no info to why it would not start. More
Keith was a wonderful person to deal with...very helpful and professional. My mom will be looking to acquire a new vehicle in the next year or so and as far as our family goes....he now has a customer for and professional. I have never had a bad experience at Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Ft. Thomas. Deonia Patton is always very nice and when I was in a hurry, she got me in and out very quick.
