Phillip and Jerry were great. Jerry sold me my trade in car 2 years ago so he was my "go to" guy when I wanted to upgrade. When contacted by Phillip, I asked to deal with Jerry but found he had a new posit car 2 years ago so he was my "go to" guy when I wanted to upgrade. Phillip did a great job sending me a quote and a personal video just minutes after we spoke on the phone. Due to weather we were unable to connect in person for 2days but when the weather cleared, he was ready for me to see the car in person. We talked, he got a trade in value for my car and settled on the price. While the paperwork was being processed, I got to visit with Jerry, who after 2 years,remembered me, the car, and my granddaughter who insisted that I needed a red car.
