Service and Warranty work Call and spoke with Deonia about getting an Oil change and a couple of warranty recalls taken care of on my 2015 Ra. They got me in the same day and every thing was taken care of in about an hour and a half. They have done all of my service work since I bought the Truck from them in 2015. I go out of my way to go back to them ( I live about 25 miles from them and pass a Dodge dealer getting there. Deonia makes sure every thing gets done in a timely manner since I have to wait for my truck. Thanks to Deonia and the great service dept. for making this happen. More
Tommy Neltner Service Dept great to work with I suddenly had a warranty issue with my '14 RAM. Two other area dealers were quoting me 2-4 weeks out service appointments. I spoke with Tommy when I I suddenly had a warranty issue with my '14 RAM. Two other area dealers were quoting me 2-4 weeks out service appointments. I spoke with Tommy when I called Ft Thomas and explained I needed my truck in 21 days for an upcoming vacation planned a year ago. He asked if I could bring it in and leave it for a few days, and he would try to work it in if they had a cancellation or some time. Well I did and they serviced my problem within 2 days. Tommy and his dealership was the only service person that would work with me. Thanks for getting me back on the road. More

Avoid this service center Worst service I've ever had at a service center, a dealership nonetheless. Just wanted an oil change and suggested rotation. Wanted them to look into an alignment since it has been a while (potholes). After 2 hours (and an estimated total time of 2.5 hrs), was told they were just now getting to my vehicle. One hour later, my $60-100 total had now become an estimated $1300 worth of work, including $300 for all new lug nuts that weren't stripped when I got there. Those same lug nuts go for $45-60. My tie bar was almost broken, allegedly. A rim was bent, except it isn't. How dumb do you think people are? Oh, and I got home after denying any service outside of what I asked for and I'm missing a lug nut. Thanks, morons. Don't go to this place. Worse than any other shady service center I've ever seen. Worst Experience Buying a Car EVER I have never encountered so many unprofessional people in my life. Even a member of the management team can’t get back with me. I bought a car there and I’m now driving on expired tags because no one can send me my license like they promised when I purchased the car. Terrible service department! Brought my 2014 Jeep Rubicon in for an oil leak which was covered under warranty. They performed a recall (airbags) and replaced the oil cooler hub at Brought my 2014 Jeep Rubicon in for an oil leak which was covered under warranty. They performed a recall (airbags) and replaced the oil cooler hub at top of manifold. Picked up the Jeep after the repairs were “completed” and took it home. Parked on driveway and noticed a ton of radiator fluid on driveway!! They tech did not install the lower radiator hose clamp!! Started looking around and noticed loose bolts under manifold for heater core lines. Dried fluid all over the engine compartment!!! Had to have it towed back. I was told they would take care of the issue and clean the engine compartment. More

Do NOT trust any Jeff Wyler location!! STAY FAR AWAY! I purchased a “certified” 2014 2500 for almost $30k. After signing paperwork I overheard a worker telling my salesman that the truck ha STAY FAR AWAY! I purchased a “certified” 2014 2500 for almost $30k. After signing paperwork I overheard a worker telling my salesman that the truck had not been certified. I confronted the salesman because I was very upset and he set it up that the truck would go through the inspection and be certified..this is AFTER I signed the paperwork and officially purchased what was supposed to already be a ceritified vehicle. During the inspection..the truck caught on fire! They replaced the damaged parts..but ever since then the truck has had serious electrical issues due to the fire that they say started at the battery terminal. I took it there to be repaired...but they can’t determine the reason of why it has all the electrical issues. I can’t even find another mechanic to work on it because it’s an electrical issue that no one wants to mess with and it’s very expensive. So now here I am..with an almost $30,000 truck that the dash shorts out and turns off and on while I’m driving and the headlights dim in and out so bad that I can’t even drive it at night that the dealership doesn’t know how to fix and no other mechanic wants to even touch even if I had the money to pay for it. I’ll be posting this to every page I can to make sure people are aware of the way I was scammed, lied to and deceived so they don’t get screwed the way I did. Please do not trust any Jeff Wyler location!! More
