Great service, great car at a great price I gave Jeff Wyler at Ft. Thomas 5 stars, the salesman I had Nate Hogel went above and beyond the call of duty to please me. I let him know I was on my way and he was waiting for me outside with the car I wanted to look at already pulled up for me. He took his time to explain the features in the car and how they worked, and if I didn't quite understand he went over it again for me. When I decided to buy the car I explained what I wanted for my trade in and working with his manager I got the price I wanted. He explained different ways I could go with making payments, I let them check my credit rating and working with my credit union I got a great interest rate and lower payments, he explained what the amounts would be at different levels of monthly payments and let me chose what I was happy with. He set it up so I could use my same plates after a thirty day tag which I had to get being out of state. He was getting someone from the service dept. to give me a call so I could get a front bracket mounted for my plate in the front and lock nuts installed for my wheels at no add. cost. And the best part was he didn't take all day doing this but if I wanted anything explained to me again he was happy to. And he was not rush, rush, rush which I was amazed about. I couldn't have had a better salesman, no way. Also Nate is an internet sales manager so if you see something online you want to look at Nate is the man to see. More

The minute I stepped out of my vehicle during my first visit, I was greeted by a helpful employee who listened to what I wanted and helped find the right car for me. For a few days, Phil Anneken worked to locate just the right vehicle, even getting a car from another JW lot to test-drive. He provided helpful information but was clearly not inclined to push me into a sale I didn't fully want. The follow-up service has been equally wonderful, and Phil came through with the promises he made before the paperwork was signed. Both Phil and this dealership apparently strive to cultivate long-term customers, and they are very effective. I don't usually keep the dealership's license plate frame on my vehicles, but I will keep this one! Having worked with them personally, I'm even more impressed with the dealership and will gladly recommend Phil and Jeff Wyler Fort Thomas to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

Got It Done My deal was complicated, two trade ins for a new Cherokee Trailhawk. My dealer representative, Darvin Schulz, gave me some numbers. I then tried two other dealerships and came to the realization that Darvin was offering me one heck of a deal! One last email and the deal was done and it actually came in under what he quoted. Financing was easy and at a very competitive rate. Then we were told that the Jeep came with 12 oil changes and 8 tire rotations so it's virtually maintenance free during the warranty period. All-in-all, a very satisfying purchase, thanks to Darviin. More
