Excellent Experience After spending a couple of weeks dealing with other dealerships in the area, it was a refreshing experience dealing with Phil, as he doesn't use a hig After spending a couple of weeks dealing with other dealerships in the area, it was a refreshing experience dealing with Phil, as he doesn't use a high-pressure approach to selling you a vehicle. Although the vehicle I was looking at online was no longer available, Phil was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs: crossover SUV-size, low mileage, decent fuel efficiency, and within my particular budget. With the addition of the lifetime powertrain warranty, free oil changes and tire rotations, and the assurance that they would take care of future needs, it made it pretty easy to decide where I was buying from. Likewise, the process to obtain financing and complete the paperwork with Steve was straightforward and pretty easy. The only drawback is that I could tell the vehicle's previous owner was a smoker. Phil tried spraying the car, and they bombed it once to try to get rid of the smell, but it did not work enough. But, Phil said to bring it back when I could and they would keep bombing it until I was satisfied. More

My salesperson John Graham was the best at walking me through everything. I am not one that likes high-pressure and I have been in commission-only sales myself, so I know the drill - lol. John was very competent and answered all of my questions and allowed me to make the right choice for myself. He told me if they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot - he would get the one I wanted. So guess what he did... I researched dealers around the area and found my Jeep in Eaton, Ohio at a totally different dealership. The next day, my Jeep was on the Ft. Thomas lot and the day after that it was in my driveway!!! Even after him getting the one I wanted on the lot - there was still no pressure which made my experience sooooo... much easier Part of my deal included a few extra's from service and parts... John was very quick to get me taken care of as the next day he was on the phone ordering my floor mats and giving me the name of the service representative that I will be dealing with. Feels great to have that kind of personalized service!! So.. my Jeep is in the shop for the poly steel application today and I had my first face-to-face experience with my service rep Deonia Patton - I've spoken with her a couple of times on the phone and she is just as pleasant in person. Great service, great car at a great price I gave Jeff Wyler at Ft. Thomas 5 stars, the salesman I had Nate Hogel went above and beyond the call of duty to please me. I let him know I was on my way and he was waiting for me outside with the car I wanted to look at already pulled up for me. He took his time to explain the features in the car and how they worked, and if I didn't quite understand he went over it again for me. When I decided to buy the car I explained what I wanted for my trade in and working with his manager I got the price I wanted. He explained different ways I could go with making payments, I let them check my credit rating and working with my credit union I got a great interest rate and lower payments, he explained what the amounts would be at different levels of monthly payments and let me chose what I was happy with. He set it up so I could use my same plates after a thirty day tag which I had to get being out of state. He was getting someone from the service dept. to give me a call so I could get a front bracket mounted for my plate in the front and lock nuts installed for my wheels at no add. cost. And the best part was he didn't take all day doing this but if I wanted anything explained to me again he was happy to. And he was not rush, rush, rush which I was amazed about. I couldn't have had a better salesman, no way. Also Nate is an internet sales manager so if you see something online you want to look at Nate is the man to see. More
