2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport I Currently Only have 3,446 miles on my Vehicle. I Purchased My New Jeep Cherokee Sport from the Jeff Wyler dealership in Ft.Thomas Kentucky. I Have I Currently Only have 3,446 miles on my Vehicle. I Purchased My New Jeep Cherokee Sport from the Jeff Wyler dealership in Ft.Thomas Kentucky. I Have had several issues with this vehicle which is understandable .... If ....the Service Dept./Dealership repairs the Vehicle. One of the Current and Continuing issues that I have had is that I am now only getting approximately 15 mpg expressway , which is on A vehicle that Chrysler/Jeep Advertises as well as Rates at getting 29-31 mpg expressway. The Vehicle makes sputtering sounds as well Not upshifting into a higher gear on the expressway.... winding out anywhere from 50-60 mph. These Problems do not happen every-time the Vehicle is driven, As I Have Explained this to the Dealership. My Jeep Cherokee Sport Computer Verifies My claim at exactly 15.6 miles per gallon in the 3,446 miles my vehicle has been driven since brand new. Last time my vehicle was towed to the service dept. I asked them to please keep the vehicle for a week, and please drive the Heck out of it, to catch it acting up, I asked them to do this to Please address all of these other issues from gas mileage, shifting issue, exhaust noise. When I picked my Vehicle up a week later, engine light was off ( that was nice ), However, There was only approximately 8 added miles on my odometer. Also, .....all the other little things I was promised when I purchased the Jeep, ie Car wash when serviced, Adjust , RESET Computer with oil change/Service, etc, is Never done, I have had to do this myself, after getting the vehicle home each time. This is just Very Sloppy , Lazy and Annoying. More

Best experience buying a car ever Jerry was truly a great man to work with on the purchase of our 2015 Dodge Durango. We took a chance and drove 3 hours to check this place out. My van was in front 20 min before the advisor came to me The advisor told me the oil change would take one hour it was fine by me but I want to know why my van was in the front for 20 minute before the advi The advisor told me the oil change would take one hour it was fine by me but I want to know why my van was in the front for 20 minute before the advisor came and told me my van was ready. I don't understand why the advisor did this he had time to come out and tell me because he was out in the showroom talking to a employee. I went to the van and made sure it was my and it was. I think the advisor shouldn't say it would take one hour also you never make a customer wait. I love Jeff Wyler Ft Thomas service but the advisor was wrong. Jeff Wyler needs to hire more people like John who is a Great, and nice advisor. More
