I don't understand why the advisor did this he had time to come out and tell me because he was out in the showroom talking to a employee. I went to the van and made sure it was my and it was. I think the advisor shouldn't say it would take one hour also you never make a customer wait. I love Jeff Wyler Ft Thomas service but the advisor was wrong. I just bought my 2nd car from Jeff Wyler in Ft. Thomas, Ky. Jeff Wyler has a new Superstar in their sales dept. Brandon Stamper is a nice young man, who has sold his first car to me. He is very knowledgeable and when he didn't have the answer he got help. The process was smooth, and only took 3 hours. I've been back to get the Chrysler Town and Country (2015 pre-owned) state inspected, a new key fob and they washed it. Brandon took care of extraditing the service. Good and fast service. My wife has a 2013 Dodge Crew and has always gotten good service. Just stop by and everything is taken care of. That is why I bought a 2nd car from Jeff Wyler, Ft. Thomas, Ky.
