Service disgust I asked if transmission fluid was checked. I was told it takes a transmission specialist to pull the dipstick to check the fluid. At a previous appointment, you wanted to replace a damaged radiator hose that the outside cover failed,but you needed to do a radiator flush because pieces of the hose may have flaked off. After replacing the hose myself, I can see no way rubber can flake. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. More

From the time I walked in the door my experience was not even close to what I've always experienced from Jeff Wyler dealerships. No customer service, and the job was poorly done. I felt like I was bothering the people who worked there, and was treated like a number. Not at Jeff Wyler - they are always friendly and make me feel like a valued customer, and their work is second to none.
