First new car buying experience made easy! Rick McCoy was a great Salesman. He was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Without knowing that I'd even get approved he treated me with respect and understanding. In addition, to this the finance team/number crunchers (Jerry Smith and Steve) were also very helpful and honest. I felt that they were truly trying to get me the best rates. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the detail job on the car when I picked it up. The day before I pointed out spots in the Interior that needed cleaning and it was still there when we picked up the car. The outside was very clean but the windows were also very streaked on the inside on the day I brought it home. More

Service disgust I asked if transmission fluid was checked. I was told it takes a transmission specialist to pull the dipstick to check the fluid. The service manage I asked if transmission fluid was checked. I was told it takes a transmission specialist to pull the dipstick to check the fluid. The service manager straightened this out. At a previous appointment, you wanted to replace a damaged radiator hose that the outside cover failed,but you needed to do a radiator flush because pieces of the hose may have flaked off. After replacing the hose myself, I can see no way rubber can flake. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. More
