He asked what we preferred and then showed us only what we were looking for. He did not pressure us into buying. When we did decide on a car Steve in the finance department helped us to get the best possible interest rate on our loan. We signed the papers on Friday night and after we left they received another rate that was lower then what we signed for and they called us to have us come back to get the lower rate.
