I originally spoke with another salesman who basically told me , my trade in was worthless. I was very upset and called Nate who responded from my internet inquiry, he spoke with me and looked at photos of my trade in and assured me if my trade in actually was as good as the pictures, we could make a deal . We made the deal - I applaud Nate for rectifying the misinformation I was originally given . The people were nice at the dealership and I recommend at least talking to Nate if you are told no deal can be done. More

Internet order - Very smooth, professional and respectful I recently bought a Jeep from Jeff Wyler. They had a used model that I found online, and worked with the sales managers to purchase. There was a little confusion about which sales-person I should speak with, as the one who replied to my inquiry wasn't in the office when I called in to talk about it. I chatted with a different sales guy when I called in, who then went on a week of vacation the next week. I ended up working directly with Ron (Sales Manager), who was excellent to work with. After I had finalized everything with Ron and had a plan to drive up the following weekend to buy it, the original sales guy (not listed below) sent me a really cheesy "encouraging sales" e-mail, trying to stoke my interest in buying a Wrangler for the spring season. Not a big deal, the communication could have been a bit crisper. That said, it was a great experience overall... I sent pictures of the important documents, and they had everything drawn up when I got there. They were considerate of the 12 hour round trip drive I had to take, and made sure it was smooth. Very friendly staff as well, and great experience! More

Zero pressure leasing experience I stopped in to see what it would involve to get out of a lease and into a new one. I dealt with Nate Hogel who did an excellent job explaining the whole process. I selected the Jeep I was interested in, he gave me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. When I returned he had all the numbers, payoff, trade in value, and several different lease terms and payments. At that point I decided to take the information home, think about it and do a little research. This is the point most dealerships try and get you to make the deal with the usual high pressure tactics. I got none of that from Nate. He later emailed me some information on several other vehicles I might be interested in that I checked out a couple days later. He gave me a great trade in value, a great price on the new Jeep, and most of all he knows his stuff and does a great job explaining everything. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from a Wyler store and both have been excellent experiences. Steve McCoy in finance also did an excellent job explaining all the paper work and answering any questions I had. More

Service Department I had an oil change. Everyone was very friendly. I was able to work form the lobby while they were working on my car. They even ran my car through t I had an oil change.
