I can't even get the sales manager or general manager to return calls to us. We bought a new 2016 grand Cherokee from Jeff Wyler in November and had to return in may for oil leak issues. They had our jeep for over a week and when my husband went to pick up they told him they "hoped" it was fixed. Really???? Hoped???? My husband told them he hoped it was also as we would be driving to Florida the following week. We drove to Florida the following week and when we returned the oil leak had returned also. Once again my husband returned the jeep for service. They said they would look at it again and get back to us. Well, two weeks later we hear nothing from them so I call and they say they have to put a new motor in the car so they will have it for another two weeks. Now this car is still under warranty so our rental is paid for but it's the inconvenience of giving up your vehicle which Is a grand Cherokee and them giving you a Jeep Patriot which is a piece of ****. So two weeks go by and I have to call to ask what is going on with our vehicle and they say it is done. We can come pick up. I asked if they would have it clean this time as the first time we brought it in it came back filthy. JT the service guy says yes it will be cleaned inside and out. So my husband goes to pick up and tries to talk to someone that worked on the car to find out what was going on with it and no one was available to talk to him. He had questions concerning the new motor warranty etc... not only did they not answer any questions, the car wAs even dirtier this time with greasy fingerprints on the hood and door handle of the car. He came home fuming and took pics of the car and sent them to the dealership and Jeff Wyler corporate along with emails asking them to get in touch with us. That was two weeks ago and we have not heard from anyone at the ft Thomas dealership or Jeff Wyler. We belong to a jeep club and have already told all of our friends there to not use this dealership anymore. Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of buying a jeep or servicing a jeep there. More

Even though the dealership was technically closed, Nate talked to us and told us to feel free to look around. He also talked to us about the Jeep Grand Cherokees which we were considering purchasing. The next day we returned and Jason Zylka helped us. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and very, very accommodating. Would definitely recommend him and Jeff Wyler! More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Where do I even begin? Over a week ago, Tuesday 5/23/17 I hit a curb in my 2015 Cherokee in Newport and ended up needing to have it towed via Jeep Where do I even begin? Over a week ago, Tuesday 5/23/17 I hit a curb in my 2015 Cherokee in Newport and ended up needing to have it towed via Jeep roadside assistance. Unforrunately, this was the nearest dealership. Over a week later, I'm beginning to think that the biggest mistake was not shelling out the extra money to have the car taken to King's Jeep. First of all, don't expect anyone to be organized enough to diagnose the damage BEFORE the work begins and order the necessary parts. I was initially told that I'd need a new tire and wheel. Okay, cool. I decided to go ahead and spring for a new set of tires since I'd need them soonish anyway. Over $1k in service so far. Also, they "have no loaner program" and won't pay for a rental. A+ customer service. Bravo. I'll suck it up and pay for a rental, it should only be two days, right? WRONG. I'm informed on the day my Jeep is supposed to be completed that I will need at ball joint and an alignment. Alright. $700 and change more in repairs and a few day wait for the part. Something that should have been diagnosed when the work began but I digress. I'll suck up the now several hundred dollar rental car bill because the "promised time" has been scaled back to Tuesday. Tuesday (yesterday) rolls around and Deonia neglects to give me a call about the status of my Jeep. I'm a pretty calm, level headed person so I wait until noon to call at work and after a 15 minute hold she tells me the part is in bit she basically doesn't have a clue as to when my car will be done. With no shortness of the bad attitude and crappy customer service that was present in all my correspondence from day one. I'd expect no less. Here's where the things get even more aggravating if that's even humanly possible. I call back yesterday afternoon in hopes that my vehicle will have, you know, been repaired . I have a deadline to return my out of pocket rental, mind you . The cliff notes version of this interaction is "They started the work (finally) but I can't give you any promised time on when your car will be done because they may find more problems". It is now 1pm Wednesday 5/31/17. I have had no update on my car. The gist of this is basically a warning to my fellow Jeep friends to take your car basically anywhere but here unless you enjoy uneccesary stress, headaches and rental car bills. More

Jerry was the first person I approached who I told I was looking into the compass. He asked if I would be interested in other cars, i told him I would, but I was looking for cars with the most rebates. Josh approached us and took us to the compass. Jerry and josh were great. More
Great service from Nate Hogel This is probably a strange review since I didn't purchase my car at this dealership. I was considering a Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4 with all the bells whistl This is probably a strange review since I didn't purchase my car at this dealership. I was considering a Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4 with all the bells whistles but was also comparing a few other makes and models. Nate Hogel spent a good deal of time with me through email, telephone and in the showroom. He never pestered me but remained in touch, checking to see if I had made a decision or if I still had an interest in the Jeep. He was willing to answer any questions I had and offered me a fabulous price. In the end, I went with another vehicle and contacted Nate to advise him I was no longer searching for a new car. Rather than being abrupt or nasty, he was wonderful. Told me he appreciated me getting back with him, hoped I'd be happy with my new purchase and wished me the best of luck. He also thanked me for the opportunity to work with me. FAR DIFFERENT response than I received from another salesman at another dealership who spoke with me for about 20 minutes on the phone only and sent a few emails. Nate has class; the other salesman did not. I highly recommend Nate to anyone considering a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler or Ram truck. He's a great guy! More
Used Ford Ranger purchase I recently traded my truck in on a 2011 Ford Ranger . I thank Nate Hovel for responding to my inquiry. If not for Nate the deal would not of happened I recently traded my truck in on a 2011 Ford Ranger . I thank Nate Hovel for responding to my inquiry. If not for Nate the deal would not of happened . I originally spoke with another salesman who basically told me , my trade in was worthless. I was very upset and called Nate who responded from my internet inquiry, he spoke with me and looked at photos of my trade in and assured me if my trade in actually was as good as the pictures, we could make a deal . We made the deal - I applaud Nate for rectifying the misinformation I was originally given . The people were nice at the dealership and I recommend at least talking to Nate if you are told no deal can be done. More
