We located a 2006 Chevy TrailBlazer online for my mother. She went up the price was worked on so her credit union would accept her. The first part of our exp went great. They had just got it in and did not have the keyless remote for it, she was told that they would get one for her, she waited awhile then called about it, but it was "still being worked on" What kind of dealer cannot program a remote real fast. Then the front glass started to leak. It was a recall on the model year of trailblazer she took it up and GM wouldnt let this dealership fix it. They stated that the front and back sway bars were bad, along with tie-rods. GM had her take it to Donwood in Logan, Ohio. They fixed it up AND gave her a remote for it. She then paid donwood dealership to do one of thier whatever point inspection and they found nothing wrong with the front end or back end of the trail blazer. It appeared this dealership was trying to make a little extra cash. As far as a quick sale goes they are great about getting it ready, and getting it sold, but have poor after sale service. The warrenty they provide for a automobile with as low miles as the trailblazer had sucks, it got to the point that she would just leave voicemail after voicemail to the salesman about the remote, and it took awhile for them to get back to her about the front glass. More

Upon arriving at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted by Dwayne Carter. We told him what vehicle we were interested in and he proceeded to get the keys so my wife and I could take it for a quick greeted by Dwayne Carter.
