Carl was an excellent salesperson. He knew I was on a dead line and did not have alot of time to go back and forth on price. He did the job every General Manager wishes their employees would do. Doug was very helpful and made buying a new car enjoyable. He really worked with me to get the best price for a trade in on my old beat up death-trap of a car. Most car dealership I have dealt with in the past, the sales representatives are pushy and won't leave you alone when looking at purchasing a new car and make the car buying experience terrible. I didn't have to deal with that this time. I was showed where the cars were that had the buying incentives and then left to look. If I had any questions about the car(s) I was interested in, Doug was there to answer them in a flash. He was very helpful and courteous. The finance department also was great. They got me the best possible interest rate. They even went the extra mile after singing the papers, to make a call and get me an even better interest rate.
