I had just moved back to Columbus, OH from Las Vegas, NV and needed to get a new vehicle. I had known of Jeff Wyler because I had lived near there. Once I got settled in my new home. I emailed John Allred f and needed to get a new vehicle. I had known of Jeff Wyler because I had lived near there. Once I got settled in my new home. I emailed John Allred from their internet department and was contacted with an hour or so asking me some follow up questions. I had also made an appointment to meet him on Friday evening. Once I got there is felt pretty intimidating, but after a short while I felt very comfortable and at ease. I test drove a few different vehicles, but chose a new Chevy Impala LT, fully loaded. I just love the car. John Allred had mentioned I might like to look at one and he was right. Within an hour or so after deciding on the vehicle to purchase. I was in the finance dept. signing the paperwork. My credit isn’t perfect but they got me a great loan, with little down and an extended warranty. I was in and out of finance in under 15 minutes. The woman who handled my paperwork was on her game. The whole staff at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet are by far the best people that I have worked with at a dealership. John Allred was a great guy to work with. I will send him anybody I can who is looking for a great car and a great experience. I came in to buy a car, they had problems finding a car in my price range and i owed more on my trade in than it was worth. I left, two days later tony called me and said he figured out how to help me get in my price range and i owed more on my trade in than it was worth. I drove away with a new car...Any other person would have forgot about me...not tony. I liked him and the dealership so much i recommended it to my brother, he came in a few days later and also bought a new car from tony. More

After we had time to walk the lot and look he than back back out and gave us some info on the cars we was looking at. No high pressure to talk us into buying something we didn't want answered all the question we had and worked with us on a payment we had in mind.I even made some calls to him after we gotten home with the car and he was willing to help in anyway possible. I am giving Jeff Wyler a "5" in absolutely everything because I had, by far, the best experience possible. I totaled my vehicle in an accident in September, and had been shopping around for a everything because I had, by far, the best experience possible. I wasn't getting approved for anything, ANYWHERE, without a huge down payment or a cosigner-- which I just didn't have. I finally decided that my only option was a buy-here-pay-here place. That's when I decided to try ONE more dealer before I gave up. Shandale Johnson and the staff at Jeff Wyler just completely took care of me. They promised me they wouldn't let me spend an enormous amount of money on a broken down car at a buy-here-pay-here and got me approved, BY MYSELF, for a 13 Chevy Sonic. I hugged everybody before I left, everybody clapped for me when I got my car, and I just had the best time ever. I'm honestly just excited to go back for my oil change to see everyone. I cannot thank them enough. I am IN LOVE with my Chevy Sonic. It is absolutely beautiful and feels like it was tailor made for me!!! THANK YOU JEFF WYLER in CANAL!!!! :o) More
