When I decided I was ready to trade my previous vehicle in I called and inquired on the name of the female saleswoman I had seen at the dealership before since I knew my previous sales person was no longer in I called and inquired on the name of the female saleswoman I had seen at the dealership before since I knew my previous sales person was no longer at the dealership. The person I spoke to was very friendly and gave me Selena's name and she immediately called me and we set a time for me to come in. She understood what I was looking for and what I had planned for my budget. It was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle and I will go back when I am ready to trade again. More

Jimmy did an awesome job of helping us find the Silverado that fit our needs. We felt they he was working for us. Heather worked very hard on getting me into a great car, she was wonderful to work with and i am absolutely in love with my new equinox!!! I came in for an oil change on my Leased Traverse with high mileage. I wanted to ask a few questions on how to handle my next purchase on a another vehicle. I left with a new 2014 Equinox. I went into the Dealership to buy a van and keep my payment around $300. The salesman John did not listen to my needs and said he can do this deal if I can do a $375 payment. I asked ok is that out t payment around $300. The salesman John did not listen to my needs and said he can do this deal if I can do a $375 payment. I asked ok is that out the door payment nothing else? He replied yes that is. I really wanted this van to better my family's spacial needs so I took the deal even though it already exceeded my payment that I was looking for by $75. By the time I got done at the finance department my payment I wanted at $300 is now $401, which is well over what I wanted and realistically can afford. I went in with a simple plan of I need a payment of $300 and what can I do, now I'm strapped over my budget and feel like no one at Jeff Wyler helped me and my family achieve what I really wanted. Luckily I mentioned to the Credit check guy that I was a Wright Patt Credit Union Memeber after the contract was already done he saved me $3.00 a month because I did not have to pay new customer banks fees. Shouldn't I have been asked up front if I was a member. I really think your organization could have done much better job at making me happy and feel good about my purchase, instead I feel like I was cheated and will never go back to Jeff Wyler of Columbus. More

I stop at your canal winchester dealership this morning about 1030am oct 12,2013 and was greeted by a service man bye the name of Bill in your service department he was very friendly nice and professional about 1030am oct 12,2013 and was greeted by a service man bye the name of Bill in your service department he was very friendly nice and professional I asked if i could get my H3 Hummer oil changed and if they would check my tire pressure when they changed my oil he said he was swamped and would see what he could do to get me in I decided to take a chance and leave my H3 Hummer there, I got a call Before 12:30 that my vechicle was serviced and done WOW!!!!! I was suprised and very Happy that BIll was able to get me in and out with such short notice Thank you!!! BIll for going over and beyond! More
