Originally bought my Chevrolet Cruze in 2012. Since time of purchase, have had into the body shop (minor front end collision repair) and the service department (scheduled maintenance). Between sales, servi of purchase, have had into the body shop (minor front end collision repair) and the service department (scheduled maintenance). Between sales, service and body shop experience, my visits have all been positive. On my most recent visit for an oil change, I also asked for a tire rotation. Instead of doing the rotation and charging for the service, I was advised the wear on my tires was even around all tires and they suggested delaying the tire rotation until the next visit. I appreciate when a dealer recommends against unnecessary service. More
