I've heard good things about this service so that's why I took my Cadillac here for oil change, transmission fill and flush, and a couple other fluid flushes dropped it off at 11 and didn't get that's why I took my Cadillac here for oil change, transmission fill and flush, and a couple other fluid flushes dropped it off at 11 and didn't get done or get it back till almost 6 and had to call two times to get it checked on to see if done. so that's why I have given the ratings I did, it took forever and I was supposed to get a 27 point multi point inspection that I wanted with these services and I don't think I got that. so that's why I give all the ratings ok.. WOW!! Great service and a great Guy. I would normally be the first to express lack of trust in dealerships and would do anything to avoid them like the plague, but Jimmy Breitinger and Wyler Chevrolet in Ca the first to express lack of trust in dealerships and would do anything to avoid them like the plague, but Jimmy Breitinger and Wyler Chevrolet in Canal Winchester made me think differently. Jimmy was very nice and HONEST!!, which you don't find in car salesmen very often. In fact, everyone I dealt with at this particular dealership was very pleasant and helpful. Jimmy did not push the sale of the car on me, but did discuss with me my best options for purchasing the car now versus a year from now and he made much sense. He also called me to follow up after my purchase. My car (2014 Impala LTZ--LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!) had a malfunctioning seat as the air would not work. Jimmy and Steve in service both went above and beyond to fix the seat and make sure I was happy. My last car purchase was with Coughlin in Circleville (not to name drop, but people reading this need to know the truth about what is out there). I purchased a 2012 Camaro and a 2013 Malibu, at the same time, and they treated me like crap and did not respect me as the paying customer. Both cars had issues upon delivery and they did nothing to take care of them. I had nothing but trouble with them and suffice it to say, things there ended with a claim filed directly with General Motors. After my experience at Coughlin, I was even more reluctant to work with another dealership, but Wyler does it right and they care about their customers. I have already referred others to Jimmy at Wyler and constantly tell people of the positive experience I had. I will have no problem purchasing any future cars with Jimmy at Wyler in Canal, in fact, I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you Jimmy and Wyler! More
