So I now feel it's necessary to go ahead and update this review and how poor the customer service continues to get. So I posted the review got a response on 12/06 saying I would hear from management to assist me with the poor experience. I was never contacted by any member from this dealership. Still have not received floor mats that were supposively ordered for me. I did receive a call from Gary on 12/20 saying my floor mats were on back order. One would think if a customer is told a product is being ordered for them and will receive it within one week then they would relieve them then, or if something came up to where the customers product would not be in on time, the dealership would let that customer know. Especially when I received a phone call a week after they were ordered letting me know they will be in tomorrow, and I will receive a phone call to pick them up then. So before the phone call on 12/20 was the first I've heard from the dealership since the day I was told they would be in the next day. I tried calling multiple time, no responses. It's sad how easily something like this goes ignored. Poor customer service from a dealership of this status should never been given to any customer. It's also sad that I have received multiple emails thank me for my purchase and to let them know if there are any problems. So I guess phone calls an reviews are enough to get a response from this dealership
