Wow, thanks for the form letter response. It's encouraging to to know that you took the effort to cut and paste. It's also telling that you receive so many complaints that a generic response is necessary. I have contacted everyone I am going to contact. The nerve you display by asking me to contact you again is mind blowing. I still haven't heard back from you the last time you promised to "get right back" to me, and that has been a week ago. I was overcharged at least $100 for a simple battery change. When you are willing to refund that amount amount, then YOU CAN CONTACT ME. Not the reverse.

It actually wasn't a form letter response, I typed it out. I read every review all of our stores receive, positive and negative and I take them very seriously. I have already contacted the store on your behalf and I told them that I would have you contact them to see what they could do to help. They did not make me aware that you have already attempted to contact them. If you would like me to try and help you, I will need your name and information for I am at our corporate headquarters, not at the store. While I appreciate you being upset please keep in mind that I am just trying to help. I am sorry those at the store have not helped you but I will do my best if you would like me to. Been there, done that. I've argued about this until I'm blue in the face, with the corporate office and people at the store. I've been ignored, been given lame excuses, and finally I was flat out lied to. It's not worth the stress involved to me to continue when I know it's not going to matter. I am going to continue to use all the media tools at my disposal to tell everyone in Ohio about the horrible experience I had. Forever. You have my contact information, when you are ready to send me a check for the $100 I was overcharged you may reach out to me. Otherwise, this is a pointless waste of my time and there's no need for you to respond.
