Don't buy from them Don't buy a car from this dealership. I've had 2 bad experiences in the past year. First time I tried to buy a car they submitted old information from Don't buy a car from this dealership. I've had 2 bad experiences in the past year. First time I tried to buy a car they submitted old information from the past time I bought a car to the banks instead of my new information. I had to return the new car 2 weeks later due to the incorrect information. Dealership did nothing to fix problem. I got a call a few months later that they had another car I might be interested in. Figure I would give them another shot. Only to be disappointed again. This experience took me on a month long search of getting the run around. They ran my credit,told me the loan was done if my pay stubs checked out. I submitted paystubs and w2 which I've never had to do before to buy a car. I did so with the promise of a loan already being done. Talked to dealership. They gave me a final monthly payment on a vehicle I wanted. We came to agreement only for me to be called a few hours later that bank all of a sudden didn't wanna do it. I was then told to send them another paystubs and another bank would take it. I waited again and sent them all the info requested. I was then told that the bank didn't want to take it. xxx. I've never been through this much chaos for a car to be lied and to have my credit ran numerous times for nothing. More

John made up for past experience We bought a 2014 Silverado back in July and had a terrible experience with a different sales person and I swore I would never go back to Wyler again. We bought a 2014 Silverado back in July and had a terrible experience with a different sales person and I swore I would never go back to Wyler again. 6 months later we were in the market for another Chevy. We researched other dealers then received a call from John. I was reluctant about returning but decided to return to Wyler and talk with John.. We had the best experience this time and drove away in a 2015 Cruze. Thank you John, you were awesome. More

Dont know what they are doing or choose to not do what needs I purchased a 2010 Chevy Equinox in October of 2013. When I first got this vehicle I was very excited! That lasted all of a week! My car has been i I purchased a 2010 Chevy Equinox in October of 2013. When I first got this vehicle I was very excited! That lasted all of a week! My car has been in and out of the shop ever since. Each time I have took my car in there is has been for the same issue and every time they say that it is this or that or nothing at all but it has been the same problem every time and has yet to be fixed it is still stuttering while i try to drive it, it makes awful sounds and now my Eco is stuck on and wont turn off!! I tried to call the dealership from their local and 855 number and the call wont even go through. I have tried to communicate with them over these issues multiple times and I couldn't even get a callback from the guy in the warranty department that I left a voice mail for. My co signer has had the exact same issues with her vehicle almost and they are not assisting her either. This is two 2010 Chevy Equinox's that were bought with in a week of each other and almost $40k! To say I am dissatisfied is a huge understatement! More
