Great Service, Professionalism and Customer Satisfaction on Friday May 8th. I took my 2013 Chevrolet Camaro in for Service (Oil Change, Tires Rotated, Brake review, ect; as well as getting my Ignition Key re on Friday May 8th. Excellent Service While traveling to the Columbus area this month, my check engine light came on and two messages displayed on the DIC. I started looking for GM dealer While traveling to the Columbus area this month, my check engine light came on and two messages displayed on the DIC. I started looking for GM dealers to see if anyone could take a walk-in. Jeff Wyler Chevrolet was the third dealer I checked with. The service advisor Billy spoke with the mechanic Rob and arranged some time to squeeze me in. Rob was very busy, but he took the time to find me in the showroom and explain the issue with my car. He also discovered another problem and took care of that as well. Overall a very professional and friendly service experience. More

sheila was personable and breath of fresh air I went to the dealer for the first time since i purchased my car which i have had for 3 years.. I have found dealership service prices are over inflat I went to the dealer for the first time since i purchased my car which i have had for 3 years.. I have found dealership service prices are over inflated. Well at 40ish i admit i was misinformed. I have a recall done and other elective services and the price and service was comparable to my old faithful, firestone. Not to mention, it was good to see a lady holding her own with car knowledge and customer service skills. Sheila you are a bresth of fresh air and your level of service will make jeff wyler canal my new place for maintenance, yes even oil changes, sorry firestone:( More
