I was contacted after the service was done and they did leave a voicemail. I attempted to contact the service department later that day and I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I did reach the receptionist who promptly stated that the service department was "notorious" for not answering the phone. I called no less than three times with no answer. When I did arrive to pick up my vehicle I could not find any service department personnel to help me. Finally I located a sales person to assist me. The salesman was friendly and courteous. I relayed to him my attempted phone calls to the service department and he stated "I wouldn't either that close to quitting time". More

Car repair was fixed but don't like how no one contacts you about the status of your vehicle. We would of never known it was done unless we called. My husband works with a dealership and they always inform their customers daily of their cars update and stautus.
