Telephone nightmare Took my car in for service. Majority of people were very pleasant. They had to order a part to finish up the initial service call. After several days Took my car in for service. Majority of people were very pleasant. They had to order a part to finish up the initial service call. After several days waiting I tried to call and check the status. It took a half dozen calls before I was able to get anyone to answer the phone in service. The man said he would check and put me on hold for 13 minutes without checking back once. I called back again and another guy said the part was in and was going to call "when he had the time". It felt like he was doing me a favor. This is the same guy who said he left me a voicemail that my car was ready. I never received any voicemail. I am very disappointed that this all seemed so hard to get status on my car. Its debatable whether I will take my car back. More

I was contacted after the service was done and they did leave a voicemail. I attempted to contact the service department later that day and I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I did reach the receptionist who promptly stated that the service department was "notorious" for not answering the phone. I called no less than three times with no answer. When I did arrive to pick up my vehicle I could not find any service department personnel to help me. Finally I located a sales person to assist me. The salesman was friendly and courteous. I relayed to him my attempted phone calls to the service department and he stated "I wouldn't either that close to quitting time". More
