Very unhappy with service! !!! I was asked if I wanted to extend my service contract. I said no. After that there was very little communication. When my oil change was complete !!! I was asked if I wanted to extend my service contract. I said no. After that there was very little communication. When my oil change was complete they handed me my keys and told me to find my car out there. They did did not go over the paperwork with what they found. So I had to figure out on my own if my car needed any further servicing. Were my tires ok? How’s the battery? What services should I look at next? When? THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I depend on my car! I need to make sure it runs well without problems everyday. That’s why I got the oil changed. Now my car won’t start most of the time. Did your mechanics find something wrong? If there were problems or possibility for problems, I should have been told. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY AT ALL WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

I was upset about my purchase and found some discrepancies when my vehical was delivered to me. Yep delivered. Long story short these people took my concern seriously and worked with me.
