Not perfect but they do care about your business Let me first say I like Jeff Wyler Chevrolet, they are not the best dealership I have ever been to, that honor goes to Bentley Hyundai in Huntsville, Let me first say I like Jeff Wyler Chevrolet, they are not the best dealership I have ever been to, that honor goes to Bentley Hyundai in Huntsville, Alabama, but they do care about your business. I've been going there a few years now, and they mostly followup with you, and seem to take good care of you while you are waiting on your car or truck. My most recent set of visits surrounded a DEF issue with my Silverado 2500, which was actually the first issue I had with the truck since it was new. Jeff Wyler's team did get the issue resolved, but it took two different visits for this, and I did not get correct information after the first visit as to what was done. I was told that the DEF in my tank had somehow become contaminated, and that they flushed the tank and refilled it. This turned out to not be accurate information, as this did not occur. I know this as I received a low DEF warning right after I was in for service. If the tank had been drained and refilled that would not have happened. Be that as it may, on the second visit they did replace a sensor in the DEF system, which seems to have corrected the issue. I think the main issue there currently is with internal communication. I'm not convinced that the service managers are getting accurate information form their techs, or if they are, it is not making it to the customers. I am still taking my truck to Jeff Wyler, and I still feel this is a good dealership to have service done at. They normally do followup after your service, and generally care about your feedback. They will get this figured out, and as long as their customers (like myself) give them honest feedback they will know where they are not meeting expectations. I still recommend taking your car or truck to Jeff Wyler, because if there is an issue they will get it resolved. More
