2nd Car with Jeff Wyler :-) I have had my Equinox for 3 1/2 years. I decided to upgrade to the Traverse. I contacted Brian Bennett, and I told him what I wanted. Excellent Body Shop I was rear ened and took my car into the body shop for collision repair. George was my contact and was great to work with. He worked with the insurance company to get the original estimate approved. After removing the bumper it was discovered that there was additional damage. George worked with the insurance company to get the additional estimate approved. The body shop team matched the paint exactly and the quality of work was great. They paid close attention to every detail so my car looked just like new. The night I was to pick up my car I ended up running late because my doctors appointment ran later than I expected. I called George to let him know I couldn't get there by closing and he offered to stay so that I could get my car back that evening. I would highly recommend this team for any body repair you need done to your car. Quality of work was great and customer service was exceptional. More
Nice front line service staff...questionable service I recently brought in my vehicle to have some maintenance done and also asked for an inspection. Although my vehicle was in need of some repairs, the I recently brought in my vehicle to have some maintenance done and also asked for an inspection. Although my vehicle was in need of some repairs, the recommendations were blown seriously out of proportion and the report I received via emailed regarded every recommendation as "in need of immediate attention". I ended up only having done what was absolutely necessary completed and took my vehicle elsewhere. Come to find out, there was one fairly important issue missed (bad rear brakes and rotors), the most cost repair recommended didn't need a repair at all and one of the verbally understated repairs ("can be done later") was in need of replacement and looked horrible when the shop I had complete the remaining work showed it to me. Everyone was polite, but I didn't feel there was 100% honesty/transparency. More

Always receive 100% Customer satisfaction I have been a customer prior to Jeff Wyler acquiring this dealership from Bob McDorman Chevrolet for my 2007 Trailblazer since moving back here from T I have been a customer prior to Jeff Wyler acquiring this dealership from Bob McDorman Chevrolet for my 2007 Trailblazer since moving back here from TX in 2008, The service dept. has always provided only A-1 outstanding customer service for me. Billy Spaulding especially has been my personal service writer for at least 25 yrs or more. He will always let me know what is of importance and other maintenance that may be needed in the very near future so I can schedule in a timely manner. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful always and as a GM retiree, this is truly appreciated and why I will continue to go here for my service of this vehicle. More

Quick yet inefficient Went for and oil change and was talked into getting my tires rotated and filled. Paid and I was pleased, at first. I drove away tired because I have worked the night before and when I was a few miles away, in traffic, I started checking my tire pressure only to find they were not rotated or filled. I promptly call in to advised of the issue only to be told "turn around." Umm... no! I was just there now I'm stuck in traffic and completely exhausted and the only thing they could think is turn around now to wait again for them to correct their error. Needless to say, I will not be returning. I expect everything I paid for to be handled just as efficiently as taking my money was. If you have tons of time on your hands, by all means, have at it. But if you really need to get things done and move on, this is not a place to go. I should also meantion I had a previous conversation with a female representative at this facility that told me the day before that there were no days available to get and oil change until two weeks later. I looked on the website, incredulously, and found numerous available dates and times for the next day, over the weekend, and the following week. All around terrible customer service. More
satisfaction I have bought 2 Sonics within the last 3 years at Wyler's and have never been more satisfied.My entire life I was a Ford man and couldn't stand gm but I have bought 2 Sonics within the last 3 years at Wyler's and have never been more satisfied.My entire life I was a Ford man and couldn't stand gm but Jeff Wyler converted me not the car.I still like Ford over Chevy but I'm more satisfied with Wyler to fulfill my needs most I do whatever it takes thank for everything.
