WORST SERVICE EVER I dropped off a company van for warranty work on the morning of Friday July 14 2017. Was called on Wednesday July 19 that it was completed. Walked in I dropped off a company van for warranty work on the morning of Friday July 14 2017. Was called on Wednesday July 19 that it was completed. Walked in at 9am Thursday July 20 to pick it up and they told me the part just came in and it would take 2 hours to install the seat armrest (xx). So I waited the 2 hours and when I went to leave, it still had 2 of the 3 problems! Told Service of the problems in detail. They gave me a loaner car. Was notified Monday July 24 that it was completed. Picked it up about 830am. Still had the same 2 problems PLUS 2 more that the tech did working on it! Had to be the absolute WORST service ever! Took van in for 3 warranty issues- 9 days at your service department- returned with 2 of the same problems! Plus it now has 2 more problems due to poor workmanship (dash not put back together properly and seat bolted down on cell phone charger wiring). Would give zero stars if possible! Would not recommend Jeff Wyler to any of my friends or family! More

Horrible customer service If there was a zero star I would put that. Their customer service is terrible and basically non-existent. No one ever seems to want to help you or take you serious. I went in 2 hours before the place closed and nobody was interested in helping me. When somebody finally asked me if I needed help, he clearly did not want to wait on me so he pawned me off on Justin, who was just standing around watching TV and not interested in helping me. When Justin came over, he never introduced himself or asked what my name was. He seemed annoyed that I was there 2 hours before they closed. When trying to make a deal on a new car, I told him that it was too high and he basically refused to go see if they could get a better price on my trade in. By this time it was 30 minutes before they closed and it was obvious he didn't want to help me further and just wanted to leave. He clearly did not want to make a sale, and I was ready to buy! It was almost like they did not want to sell a car at all. I've purchased one car here and it will be the one and only car purchased from Jeff Wyler. More
MINOR ADJUSTMENT W/O APPOINTMENT I had my new EQUINOX in for a minor adjustment on Monday (05/03). I didn't even have an appointment but the service Dept. was happy to take GOOD care I had my new EQUINOX in for a minor adjustment on Monday (05/03). I didn't even have an appointment but the service Dept. was happy to take GOOD care of us. Even without an appointment it was WHAM, BAM, THANK YOU SIR and I was out the door. Excellent service, friendly, courteous, professional staff made the start of a really good day. More

When I traded in a car last year with Lisa VanVelsor it went very smooth. My husband also purchased his truck there due to the fact that it was such a great experience. Going to the service center is exactly the same. Everyone is friendly. I have never had to wait when I walk in they are always prepared for my appointments. Way To Go Guys, your the best.. More

Oil Change I purchased the special that they had for oil changes. I scheduled an appointment online for yesterday. My appointment was for 9 AM and I was greeted I purchased the special that they had for oil changes. I scheduled an appointment online for yesterday. My appointment was for 9 AM and I was greeted promptly and courteously. I went into the waiting area prepared for somewhat of a wait. Imagine my surprise when I was called after waiting only 1 hour and 20 minutes. I usually wait around 2 hours. Plus they washed my car - they never did that before and I am thrilled. Great job, Jeff Wyler. I am considering a Chevrolet for my next car purchase. More
